Time managment: We discussed why time is so important in the field of youth work, how to organize our time and resources in order to avoid chaos

Activity: We had to draw a hot air balloon, in which we wrote what holds us down, what brings us up and what we want to achieve.

Social skills and communication

Here we learned what is important for proper communication and avoiding misunderstandings, we discussed a little about the importance of body language

•Exercise: we got divided in two groups of 2 people. One person taks for 5 minutes while the other listens actively. Then the listener has to repeat what the talking person said in these 5 minutes. We then changed roles.
