Did they know about palm oil production? Do they know what contains palm oil?</li><li>Ask the students to research palm oil themselves (maybe for HW). Ask them to see how many products they can find that they have in their house that contain palm oil and ask them after their research if they still think Iceland is doing the right thing.&nbsp;</li><li>Review their opinions and share the WWF article with them (maybe some will have come across it in their research.)</li><li>The article says that palm oil is a very efficient product and it actually good for the environment to use but it being harvested unsustainably, the answer is not to boycott it but to search for the label that says it's grown and harvested sustainably and not from the rain forest.&nbsp;</li><li>Discuss green-washing and the importance of having multiple resources before making a decision. </li></ul><div><br></div>]]></description>
