I have traveled to Nicaragua, which showed  me that a helping profession is where I'm meant to be. I donated my kidney to my cousin, which taught me so much about myself and what to not take for granted. I recently got engaged! I am adjusted to this new change and managing stress of wedding planning. The best way to manage stress and anxiety for me is running, so we recently completed a half marathon! I am now in grad school and away from my family, which has been difficult for me, because my family is so close.
