He also doesn't describe any of his education or background that he has for selling movies. Granted he does include that he has sold movies to his friends and let his friends borrow his movies but he is not what we are looking for. In his elevator speech, he seemed confident and I could tell he would work well with people. I think he is a very relatable individual and has potential to learn more in this work field as he continues to work here. I thought it was interesting and fun to listen to his knowledge of the movies and the way he expressed his passion for cinema. In both his elevator speech and his cover letter he seemed extremely confident which is what a lot of employers look for in their potential employees. The video was not very professional either from the place, to even what he is wearing trying to pitch it. The writing posted was well thought out and they even went as far as getting a recommendation from their teacher when applying for the job.  As far as the elevator speech even though it went a bit over the required time I would still hire him; he was confident in his portrayal and talked directly to the camera. While he talked a lot about his passion in cinema I would have liked to hear a few more qualifications. I liked that he gave some personal details about himself which let you get to know his personality better but I think maybe it was too much.
