The color of the parrot makes it outstanding compared to the dark dull background. 

Lines:
Unlike the straight lines of the background, the curve lines of the parrot make it as a focal point. 

Textures:
There is a mixture of textures in the box. The texture of the background is compact and covered with tiny words. However, the parrot is totally different. since the texture of the parrot is fairly simple with similar colors. The texture of the whole box is smooth except the ball and the folded paper on the left side. 

Space:
Space is quite unique as well. The difference between the positive and the negative space aren't that significant since the color values look similar. The main difference between the negative and positive is the black parts at the background which separates the parrot from the background. The parrot is located in the center of the box.

The picture emphasis the parrot by using the 3D method and different colors. 

Contrast:
Contrast is created by the dark and light values of the parrot and the background.
 The black background behind the parrot creates a strong contrast against the rest of the artwork. 
The simplicity of the parrot creates a strong contrast against the wordy messy background. 

Proportion:
The picture followed the rule of ninth and the parrot is placed in the middle which makes it extra stand out.
