As far as I can remember, I have suffered with anxiety. Not wanting to go to school, the idea of going to a new place was a nightmare, constantly asking questions because I hated to be in the unknown. I used to think that I had dealt with it, but that was only because I had gotten familiar with my surroundings and the people around me, but the second I went somewhere new or had to face new people, that feeling of my throat clogging up, sweaty and shaking hands, tears about to fall from my eyes at any given second, and shortness of breath suddenly crept right up on me again. I have managed to get these random anxiety attacks, that surprise me in many different situation, under control. How? I remind myself to just breath. Some days are harder than others, but a few deep breaths and a nice sip of cool, refreshing water makes all the difference.

It as an eternal battle that many people in this world face, you're never alone in those feelings of worry and doubt. It is so important to seek help and learn how to deal with those anxious feelings when they come about, for your mental and physical health(which should always come first). And honestly, the thought of seeking help may even cause that feeling of anxiety to come to surface, but remember to just keep breathing. You got this.
