I can't seem to upload it, so I will copy and paste the description. When scrolling, after roughly 10 minutes of videos, it will be locked for three minutes, encouraging stopping before doomscrolling, and it isn’t so long that if someone just wants to look at a single post they can simply wait it out. This helps prevent starting doomscrolling, that way people can recognize when they are doomscrolling and stop it before it gets worse.

It is a little guy that sometimes pops up, about every 30 minutes. He reminds you to go outside or do something else. Sometimes he asks you to do tasks, like solving a puzzle or do a chore before you can go doomscroll again. If you keep scrolling to a minimum, he rewards you with badges and little stuff that can go a long way. It also keeps a streak about when you are scrolling. It has feelings and goals and you connect to it and feel bad when you go too long.

For some reason I can upload one picture so I will just put my reasoning of how it works down here. I think a great way to keep yourself going into a rabbit hole is to have an app giving you a certain amount of time on a device. There could be multiple options. For example, if you want to keep moving you could have a setting where every 30 minutes there is a message where you have to do 10 push-ups and it won’t open until you’re done. Another example could be if you want to get some assignments done you can make a full schedule that way you have a more time and control of your day. You won’t be behind anymore, and you won't be in many rabbit holes.
