Initial care: Clean wound with soap and water or a sterile cleaning solution. A layer of dressing must also be added.

Post care: Keep the abrasion clean and change dressing often; no doctors required.

Initial care: Must stop the bleeding with pressure and gauze or bandage. Once bleeding stops, the wound must be cleaned with cool water and soap, dried with a sterile cloth. For smaller lacerations, ointment and a bandage can heal it, however if it is deep one must be taken to the hospital for stitches.

Post care: If the laceration is deep, medical attention is required, which can be followed by stitches. After this is completed, the wound can heal.

Post care: dressing must be changed regularly and cleaned. If the wound becomes infected, seeing a doctor is necessary.

Initial care: must be taken to the hospital with the avulsed tissue placed in a moist gauze for reattachment. Here the wound will be cleaned and avulsed tissue placed back onto the athlete.

Post care: must keep wound and dressing cleaned, with changing the dressing daily.
