         <description><![CDATA[<p>Based on the <mark>prescriptive approach, </mark>labels of category need to be used  in order to follow rules that ensure we will use the language properly as it needs to be. This method started with the Latin grammar. Should these etiquettes needed to be followed exactly like in Latin?</p><p><br></p><p>For example, it was considered incorrect to split a infinitive in a sentence, however, we know this is not a must in the English language, speakers do not form sentences like this all the time. </p><p><br></p><p><br></p>]]></description>
