Our goal is to refer all children who may be eligible for special education services through Michigan’s Administrative Rules for Special Education and the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act Part B.

Mizzen partners with the out-of-school time field to spark curiosity, cultivate joy, and inspire a love of learning among children and youth.

The Pyramid Model works in conjunction with the program’s curriculum, but is not a curriculum itself.

It is our goal to provide states with the technical assistance and training to establish the systems and policies needed to adopt and sustain the implementation of the Pyramid Model. NCPMI is focused on the implementation of the Pyramid Model to promote the social, emotional, and behavioral outcomes of young children birth to five, address disparities in discipline practices, promote family engagement, use data for decision-making, and foster inclusion of children with, and at risk for, developmental delays and disabilities.

Services include business management, developing staff policies, business coaching, and small business loans from $1,000 - $500,000.
