Poem's are used to express the minds imagery and they are perceived to draw a figurative picture for the one who is reading or listing to them. I personally write poem's in my journal and I don't think much of it, it comes to me naturally. When I start flowing, thoughts come up and are self reflective thoughts I use them in a way where turn them into imagery. All of of those thoughts come from either what I've gone thru in the past or my current position in life I would be in. Poem's pull emotional response's out of our brain like music dose, This happens because we can either relate, we can vibe to it or we see the picture that one has painted.

"Hell and Heaven are states of awareness in the NOW". We are taught at a young age to define our purpose and who we are as people when we are here. Hell and Heaven are states of mind one is in; it all depends on how one chooses to live the life they are given. I've personally lived in both hell and heaven. Hell is not where there's a guy under the ground with a pitchfork. It is what you perceive your reality to be; there are always two sides to a coin its up to you to decide how wanna live and if you are content with where you are in life. Heaven is the opposite of hell and is perceiving life in a more positive approach, doing things that are hard and benefit you. What's hard is what's good for you; life isn't supposed to be easy. Going out in nature and meditating are a few things one can do to improve their well-being. You have two options on how you wanna live the ball is in your court.

This article is about the mental warfare wrestlers go thru and how it is important to have a coach to build that mental toughness. It gave examples of ways coaches can help wrestlers build a strong mentality to become more productive and be able to grow from each practice. The article focuses on a cognitive approach because wrestling pertains to mental regulation and the need for emotional stability when training and in a match. Improvements are more easily achieved through mental coaching and having their support can jumpstart determination for a more effective wrestling approach.

Music is a reactive sensation that makes your nerves react and give you the desire you be move and be active. It causes excitement and many other moods depending on if it is fast, mellow, or slow. Research was done on collage students on their perspectives about two genres being pop and classic. The participants involved 50 females and 50 males and the study came out to be 95% of the students preferred pop over classic. Pop being high sensation seeking and classic being low sensation seeking. Music can determines how you feel from personal experience. if all you listen to is violence related music that is what you are gonna be thinking about vise versa if you listen to music about rainbows and sunshine.

Being sleep-deprived affects our moods and emotional perception throughout the day. It affects our reaction time and perception of space. The lack of sleep leads to more negative emotions and feelings. There were 5 studies done to back up the fact people react more negatively and sympathize more cause they are in a tired state of mind. They sympathize more because they can't regulate their own emotions. The lack of sleep is why people have poor mental health the study shows. Sleep deprivation causes our overall brain health and emotional health down the wrong path because with we are not the best versions of ourselves.

Whether you have good or bad intent karma is believed to work its cycle. You get to a certain age and you think about making a conscious decision on if things are good or bad for you.
