Communication as much as possible.
Proactive communication. If you think something might be a problem communicate in advance. Even if you think it's a small thing.
Everyone has their own boundaries.
Be conscious of other people's boundaries and how they may be different from your own. Ask people if they are comfortable with a hug or handshake before going in.
Remind ourselves that there are other things other than COVID. Someone may just be having a bad day.
If someone is not acting how they were pre-pandemic, it may be related to COVID but it may not. Check in with them.
Don't make assumptions about what's going on for someone.

Compassion and patience!
Acknowledge that boundaries can be really fluid. COVID is ever-evolving, should not assume boundaries are the same as we go through time.
Stickers may change from week to week.
Both COVID situation may change, personal comfort levels may change as well.

Transparency behind decisions. Understand the justification behind decisions can make them easier to accept.
It's important to see the thought and care behind the decisions.
Keeping consistent with provincial health authority. It's okay to have opinions but leadership should be consistent with expert advice.
Compassion, patience, kindness.

Menti check in every once and a while. It's interesting and good for the group to see how the team is evolving.
Acknowledgement that the return to in-person is really tiring. Zoom meetings are a little more tiring than they were even a few weeks ago. Maybe more low energy.
Your team is only as fast as your slowest member. Ensure that we include those who are less comfortable.

Love the idea.
Check in with asking "are you okay with a hug?" even if it's a green sticker. Adhere to public health guidelines, not doing anything beyond this to keep comfortable.
A challenge is assessing people's comfort level with outside. Comfortable with taking masks off when we're outside.
Maybe red is I would prefer you wear a mask if we're outside.
Let's work on the outside comfort level.
Physical considerations of wearing a mask and speaking during tour stops. The group made adjustments as they went to accommodate changing comfort.
