I had noticed that once the flashlight had been shown on the radiometer (I think that's what it's called) the metal squares inside had started moving faster and once the flashlight was gone it had slowed down a bit. I think that a common reason all devices start and stop is either because they don't have the energy to keep going and just stop. Most devices use an object or something to give it power to run and like the radiometer, the flashlight gave it energy to start and after a bit of time the metal squares had stopped going.

I noticed that when the guy shined the light into the bulb the things inside it started spinning a lot.
5. I feel like a common reason devices stop and go is because they need SOME sort of energy to power up, and when the object no longer had that energy, it powers down. And I'm guessing that bulb uses some solar energy to power up because when the person shined light to the bulb it started spinning and when he took away the light it started powering down.

I recorded how long the spinning top had gone and it had gone for about a minute and 17 seconds (I would have gone more but the video had stopped). I also noticed that the spinning top #2 had gone longer because I believe that based on the plate and the walls, the first spinning top didn't get to keep spinning because it had gotten stopped and blocked by the edges of the plate while the second spinning top didn't have any edges and even though it didn't have much space like the plate it still was able to spin longer because there was nothing blocking it like the plate edges.
