         <description><![CDATA[<div>Certain types of animals were used for cooking. For an example, the buffalo was by far the main source of food for the Plains People. The Plains People used hides to build their tipi's and hides were useful because the tipi's that were build would be waterproof and weather-hardy. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Most Animals that were found were used for food. For an example, The Plains People used many animals for food, such as: Deer, moose and elk, along with wolves, coyotes, lynx, rabbits, gophers, and prairie chickens. They used dogs for helping transport things around in the winter and when they found out what horses could do, they used the quick horses to hunt, which made it much easier.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The Natives interacted with their environment by using things in the environment in order to survive. Such as hunting animals for food, using certain materials for shelter, and water for drinking. They developed techniques for different things that would help them survive. Such as making Tipi's for shelter, developed hunting strategies and cooking mixtures for a better taste in the food.</div>]]></description>
