         <description><![CDATA[<p><br></p><ul><li><p>9th Century (800s AD) –<br>The legendary discovery of coffee by Kaldi, a goat herder in Ethiopia, who noticed his goats were more energetic after eating red berries from a wild shrub (coffee plant).</p></li><li><p>15th Century (1400s) –<br>Coffee begins to be cultivated and brewed in Yemen (Arabian Peninsula), especially by Sufi monks for staying awake during prayers. This is the earliest documented use of coffee as a drink.</p></li><li><p>16th Century (1500s) –<br>Coffee spreads across the Middle East, to Persia, Egypt, and Turkey. Coffee houses (qahveh khaneh) become popular.</p></li><li><p>17th Century (1600s) –<br>Coffee reaches Europe. The first coffeehouses open in Venice, London, and Paris. Coffee begins to be imported from the Arab world.</p></li><li><p>18th Century (1700s) –<br>Coffee cultivation spreads to Asia and the Americas.          <description><![CDATA[<p>Since I was a barista at a cafe which is “senja kopi” and lifelong coffee lover, I see every cup as a story waiting to be told. Coffee lifts my energy, sharpens my focus, and even calms me in its own way. I know it’s not perfect — I’ve felt the caffeine nervousness and had nights where sleep didn’t come easy. But I’ve learned how to balance it, to respect it. It’s like a friendship: it grows stronger the more you understand and care for it. From the beans’ origin to the final pour, I craft coffee not just to energize, but to connect. Whether it’s latte art or deep conversations over espresso, I live for the moments coffee creates. Always learning and always brewing.</p>]]></description>
