• Hook: I believe that all the people have had an illness that they found it hard to forget. Just like them, I also have an experience of having an illness that causes me a lot of time to recover and money to heal, too.

One day, as I jogging around the park with my friends, I noticed that there was an old men who walked near me and squeezed. I was not careful much and continued my walk. After that day, I started to feel  utterly exhausted, headache, shortness of breath, stuffy nose, sore throat and eye pain. For first, I still think it just a simple fever because it was rain last night. But it started to make me feel like I cannot breathe and I was hurt the entire body especially achy all over my muscles. I can’t stand with this anymore, so I have a check-up and the results in influenza. I couldn’t believe myself that it can happen that easily. I spend the whole week staying at home, stay hydrated, a little bit of exercise because I don’t have any energy, get plenty of sleep and some medicine that the doctor had given me. After recovering, I am more careful about staying near people who had a cold because the influenza virus causes an infection in the respiration tract. Even though the influenza virus can sometimes be compared with the common cold. It also can cause a more severe illness or death. I try to watch out for what I eat, exercise and try to avoid some medicine that might cause some stomachaches.

In conclusion, having a serious flu that time has taught me that do not take something that easy because sometimes it can lead to a waste of our property that includes time, money, energy and mental health.

Finally, Avatar has a few underlying themes and points that aide in telling this majestic story .It also focuses on many ideas. This movie has a very "green" tone.It is eco-friendly and shows the complexities of even the tiniest ecosystems. This movie is meaningful to me because I agree with the themes of this movie.

In conclusion, the movie shows the importance of the balance in nature.
