my Photoshop learning process was very confusing but still fun. confusing as i didn't know how to do the layers at first and didn't know what was the purpose of merging them together. but overall it was still very fun to do the Photoshop as i was able to learn how to get rid of pimples from pictures and do special effects on pictures.

Hence I was thinking, maybe I should do a book cover for other literature books that I studied before, so as to be more different from others, and also as I mentioned, I’ve studied them before so I understand those books deeper, thus I believed that I will be able to do a better job in photoshopping a book cover. 
The first book came to my mind was charlotte’s web. This poster is based on a story of a book call " Charlotte's Web". It is a story of a little pig named Wilbur who was born a runt. Mr. Arable decides to kill him for dinner food but his daughter Fern begs him to let Wilbur live. On greater maturity, Wilbur is sold to Fern's uncle, Homer L. Zuckerman, in whose barnyard he's left yearning for friendship, but is snubbed by other barn animals. Wilbur is scared of the end of the season, because he knows when that time comes, he will end up on the dinner table. He hatches a plan with Charlotte, a gentle and wise grey spider that lives in his pen, to ensure that this will never happen. 
To me, this is story of friendship between Wilbur and Charlotte. I personally really like the storyline.

2) Throughout the photoshop lessons, I think that I really enjoy myself, as it is not as hard as I thought. I get to learn how to photoshop two pictures into one, and double exposure and many more. Although I still have some doubt, but I'm proud of my art 
work as I personally thinks that it is nice and simple. I hope to be able to do such things in school in the future.

But when the fight had just begun, a huge major plot twist happens where there is another legendary pokemon that appears, Rayquaza known to control the atmosphere, quells the violent confrontation bringing back peace and the three pokemon return to their home to dwell.

In the middle i put a colorful sky with the main characters in it, as in the book, the community(the city) do not know what is colour except Jonas,thus i put him in the sky with colors. I also enhanced the characters to make them look better. I added glow to the sides to emphasize on the community being dark, by using contrast. Furthermore, it gives a pristine look to the book. For example, i used some inner glow on the text to make it stand out and to further convey the message of darkness.
2)After all the lessons on photoshop , i have learnt how to enhance other people's looks by using the paint brush tool and opacity.I also learnt how to mask .
Also , i learnt the basics of photoshop such as how to import photos and crop pictures using the eraser tool.Some picture enhancing tools i learnt are the red eye tool, the brush tool, opacity,clone tool,and the colour
picker.These skills can be used when i am tasked to design posters or advertisements for projects or CCA . i also learnt how to use FX to enhance or make pictures look nicer.I also learn the polygon lasso tool and computer short cuts from the handout provided. All in all, i feel that the lessons were enriching and fun. I made a poster for  a movie which comprises of all the books in it and is 5 hours long. this poster has two versions of harry, one when he was 11 years old and two when he was 14. This shows how much he grows during the events of the movie. The poster includes the Hogwarts grounds as background and the title in the unique harry potter font. 

I've had a lot of fun learning about Photoshop. I learned about a lot tools like magic eraser, magic eraser, mask, double exposure and fx. it was a really fun, unique and interesting experience. I had a lot of fun. I hope i can do this again and improve in it

It has the lead actor, Tom Holland who plays Peter Parker, Robert Downey Jr. who plays Tony Stark and The Vulture who is the villain in the movie. I used a set picture from the movie as the background and added in the characters individually. I also added in an explosion behind the Vulture as I feel it adds a comic book feel to it which is where the character and plot originated from. I also did a double exposure for the words "Spider-Man" as the background picture is of Queens that is the city Peter Parker is from. For the word "Homecoming", i added in the spider-man logo to the replace the second "o" to symbolize the character and also movie.
2) Throughout the few weeks i have been learning photoshop, i have learnt many skills that i believe can help me greatly in the future. i firstly learnt to place a character into a background and about many tools at the same time, like the magic wand and magic eraser which i found really cool. The most interesting thing that i learnt was double exposure. i always saw images or posters which used that effect online and i was always mesmerized by it. Although it was confusing, after i figured it out with help from my friend, i finally got the beautiful outcome.

I chose this book because it is a book that I read and I found it quite interesting. I used double exposure in three images:a black man, a boy, and a mockingbird. They are the main characters and important example used in the book. I put the title and name of the author on the bottom right corner of the cover. I used most of the blending options on the text to make it more attractive and unique. Also, I controlled the opacity of the images of two male in order to overlap them without making them block each other.
2) Actually I knew nothing about photo shop but through this lesson, I learnt about how to do photo shop as well as how interesting it is. These are some of the skills I learnt : text, double exposure for both images and text, brushing, cloning, zooming, magic wand, spot healing brush, red eye tool, eye dropper tool, eraser tool, transformation and making the new page. I placed all the various performing groups in in the poster to tell everyone what they are roughly going to see if they do come for the concert. The background of the poster is an ombre of the colours pink and blue. It is rather popping to show contrast between all the darker coloured images and the brighter background. This is to attract more attention to all the performing groups. All the information about the performance are bold to make sure the reader does not miss it. I created a double exposure effect for the word "FUN" to make it the most attracting thing because i want to remind the readers that they are going to have lots of fun if they attend the concert. The reader will get a clear vision of the kind of experience they will be receiving if they do attend the concert and then decide if they want to go or not.
2) All in all art class is fun. At the start it was really boring and i wanted to sleep. I did not understand a lot of things and i always needed a lot of help compared to my friends. Then, things started to get more interesting and i started to enjoy art lessons even more because i finally understood things. This photoshop lesson benefited me a lot and i will definitely recommend it to a junior and tell them that they will have loads of fun!

My project is on the Creativity Night for the school. I placed a ballet dancer, a guitar set and an electric guitar as the pictures. I place these 3 items on a stage floor(which is also a picture). For the ballet skirt of the dancer, I used double exposure and chose musical notes as the double exposure background. For the main background, I chose a vibrant color pink which would make the items stand out. For the title "Creativity Night", I used the effects  Drop Shadow, Inner Shadow, Outer Glow, Bevel and Emboss, and Stroke.
2. For these few weeks of photoshop, I learnt a lot of new techniques that I have never done before in my life and that are new to me. Some of the tools i knew that was new are like magic wand, magic eraser, the double exposure method, the eyedropper tool and so on.
