Plastic use: battle between individual and larger changes. Collectively we have a large voice, Advocacy campaigning for larger corporations to improve their environmental/plastic use. Less packaging in plastic. 
Show the wider community our initiatives, Saturday sport. Canteen could be non-plastic. 
Change is difficult. 
As an organisation, we buy so much. Can we start insisting that we don't want plastic packaging. As a purchaser we could put pressure on suppliers. 
Uniform - is it sustainably made? Recycled clothing. 
Textbooks - recycling, can this be improved?
We print less. Tension between reading a physical copy vs reading onscreen. Be more respectful of text.
