1) The peak of my break was when my family had a Star Wars marathon and then went to see the newest movie to the series. First of all, I loved being able to connect with my Dad over something he had enjoyed when he was my age. Second, I got to explain new things to my little brother, which was tons of fun. Lastly, it was great to relive the memories of the very first time my Dad ever showed me the series. In conclusion, connecting with my entire family is what made watching Star Wars the peak of my break.

2) The pit of my break was Sunday night. First off, I was completely overwhelmed with the dread of having to return to school the next morning, I was not prepared at all. Also, it was stressful as I tried to remember nearly two weeks back if I forgot any home work or not. Third, it was nearly impossible to fall asleep that night, for the duration of break I had stayed up quite late. All in all, the definite pit of break was the Sunday night before school started up again.

3) Dear Samantha Chauvin, your break sounded absolutely amazing. First off, I would like to note that your break was similar to mine, because the peak of your break was spent along side family just like mine. Also, the wrapping paper war sounds extremely exciting and crazy. Anything with wrapping paper and war occurring at the same time would be a total blast. With that being said, I am glad that you break was filled with joy and was eventful.

#1: The peak of my break this year was watching every Star Wars movie in one day. First, I was feeling bored after doing the same thing everyday for quite a few days. Then, I decided to pull out the Star Wars discs. Lastly, after preparing with about four Gatorades and a bag of Cheetos, I watched every episode in order for 12 hours straight. In conclusion, the peak of my break was my Star Wars marathon.

#2: The pit of my break was going to bed at 3 a.m last night. First, i decided to get in bed at 8 o'clock and played on my phone until Imidnight. Then, after putting my phone away sat for 3 hours waiting for my body to finally fall asleep, this wait felt like an eternity. Lastly, despite my 3 hours of sleep, I felt quite energized in the morning and think i can take on the day. In conclusion, the worst part of my break was going to bed at 3 a.m the night before school.

#3: Dear Jarrett Childers,

Your break sounds interesting. It was pretty similar to my break as we both went on a large Star Wars binge.First, I'm not exactly sure how you managed to sleep for 16 hours in day but this a pretty impressive feat. Also, I can sympathize with you on being up for 30 hours, been there a few times. All in all, I think our breaks were fairly similar and that you know how to have a good time.

1. The peak of my break was spending most of my time with my family. First, the day before Christmas I traveled to my grandma's house. I stayed their until the day after Christmas. Second, I traveled to my cousins house and spent a couple days there. Lastly, New Years Eve I went to my dad's house and got to spend time with my dads side of the family. In conclusion, spending time with family was the peak of my break.

2. The pit of my break was always having to wake up early. First, I had to wake up early to travel to family members houses. Second, because of how early I was waking up before break the habit kinda stuck. Lastly, my little sister always came in my room early because she "Wanted to play." In conclusion, I barely got any sleep.

3. Dear Sarah Hackett, your break sounds very eventful. First, its different than mine because you went places and had a very enjoyable break while I was at home. Second, its similar because it seems you spent time with family, as so did I. Lastly, the gifts you got are similar to mine because I also got a gift card. In conclusion, it seems your break was very interesting.

1.The peak of my break was Christmas day. First, every year on Christmas day, we always go to my grandparents house to celebrate with the family. Furthermore, seeing the family is very important to me because my family is awesome. Second, being able to go home afterwards and stay up all night with my brothers playing on our new Xbox One was an extremely fun experience. Lastly, the best thing about Christmas with my family is the wrapping paper war. In conclusion, Christmas day with the people I love, doing crazy things, and playing new video games was the best part of my break.

2.The pit of my break was Sunday, January 3rd. First, that was the last day of break, which meant school was the next day. Second, that day was the slowest of all the break days because nothing was planned. Lastly, I wasn't able to stay up as late as I wanted. In conclusion, the worst part of my break was the part when I realized it was over and had to go back to school.

3.Dear Morgan Fieldler, your break sounds extremely fantastic. It was similar to mine because the highlight of your break was with your family. The best parts of both of our breaks was involved in the people closest to us. Also, the fall pf your break, the last day, was the same as mine. In conclusion, our breaks were both very much alike because we treasured the time with family and we both disliked the end of our break.

The peak of my break was definitely seeing the new Star Wars movie. As a child, I thoroughly enjoyed watching the original trilogy with my siblings. Seeing this movie was like making my childhood come alive again. Secondly, this new movie has been built up and had high expectations to meet. The movie not only met these expectations, but exceeded them, and spectacularly delivered a movie looked forward to all over the world. Lastly, it's simply fun to be able to argue over this movie with my friends. In conclusion, the Force Awakens was definitely the peak of my Christmas Break (other than Christmas, of course).

The pit of my break is by far the day after Christmas. First of all, for the entire months of November and December, Christmas is always built up so much. When it's over, there's a sort of emptiness in me that New Years cannot fill. It's so disappointing! Second of all, this year didn't even have snow. It was bad enough that Christmas couldn't be delightfully white outside, but the day after it felt like March. Gray slush filled all the places that dead grass did not. Lastly, I came down with the flu the day after Christmas. So much for happy holidays. As you can see, the day after Christmas was not satisfactory for me.

Dear Morgan Fiedler, your break sounds delightful. First, it was tremendously similar to mine because after seeing the new Star Wars, I re-watched all of the previous six movies. I also saw the movie with my siblings and my dad, which brought back nostalgia from when I was younger. Lastly, both of our younger siblings seemed to get into Star Wars; I am with you when you say that it's exciting to be able to teach them about things like that. In conclusion, our breaks were similar.

Secoundly, I bought the new Justin Bieber album. Lastly, hanging out with friends and spending time with my family. In conclusion, christmas break was a huge success.

2) The pit of my Break would have to be coming back to school. First, I got used to staying up really late ands sleeping in till really late. Secoundly, I liked just staying at home cuddling with my cats. Lastly, school equals getting up really early and doing tuns of homework. In conclusion, the pit of break would have to be it ending.

3) Dear Farrah,

your break seemed to turn out okay like mine. It was similar to mine with hanging out with family and doing fun activitys. Secoundly, I also saw Star Wars, it was so amazing. Lastly, I'm glad that your surgery turned out okay and you healed so fast. In cocnlusion, we spent most of our break together and it turned out great.

I haven't seen them in a really long time, so it was really nice seeing them. Next, my brother came home from Grand Rapids. It was really nice seeing him because I haven't seen him in a while. Lastly, it was really special seeing my whole family get together for Christmas. In conclusion, the peak of my break was Christmas day.

2) The pit of my break was when the last day of break came. First of all, I realized that I couldn't sleep in anymore. Next, it felt like the shortest two weeks of my life. Lastly, I realized that I barely did anything all break. In conclusion, the pit of my break was when I realized that break was pretty much over.

3) Dear Rachel Keuning, your break sounds very similar to mine because we both spent time with our family on Christmas. Also, you said you actually got along with your siblings, I surprisingly did too. And, you said that the pit of your break was when you had to read TKMB. I agree with you the book is really boring. In conclusion, our breaks were pretty similar.

Over Christmas Break, my peak of it was all my friends teamed up to get a small gift for me that added up to a big gift. For instance, one friend gave me this tablet that you could plug into my computer and draw on, and the computer was another separate gift. Next, there's this scanner given to me through my grandparents for the whole thing, in case I wanted to put any of my sketchbook drawings into the computer. My girlfriend gave me these Skullcandy Headphones, which is my favorite brand. All of those added up made this one of the best holidays I've had. The only downside was that I couldn't really give much in return, but it was the thought that counted. All in all, the best part of break was that phenomenal gift and I am extremely grateful for it.

Over Christmas Break, my pit of it all was the hard time shopping. I only get $50 a week, and I like to go all out when I'm buying gifts for my friends, but that gets tough sometimes. For example, some of my friends were hinting what they wanted, which helped somewhat, but it also made things even tougher to an extent. Luna complained that the wind messes up her hair. What does that mean. Do you want hair spray? Gel? A hat? Is that a hint or a complaint? I don't know. I'm just trying to Christmas!! Also, there was another friend said that she would like a table for Christmas. That's easy, but then she said that she would be picking it out herself. Why would you tell me what you wanted me to buy if you were going to go ahead and buy it yourself?! All in all, Christmas shopping was a harsh time, especially since it was last-minute and we had a time limit, but I still managed to get through it.

Dear Jared McCormick, you break sounds unique. First of all, it was different from mine, since I don't think anyone else has Mexican food as their Christmas dinner, but that must've been awesome! Who doesn't like Mexican food?! Also, the fact that we all had to go back to school is kind of lame, but at least it was fun while it lasted. All in all, your break sounds way better than everyone else's just for the Mexican food, but I still think XBox is better than PS4.

1. The peak of my break this year was playing paintball with all of the new gear I got for Christmas. First, I woke up Christmas morning to find a bunch of gear I asked for under the tree. I couldn't wait to go play. Next, I went to my cousin's house during the week so we could go play and hang out. It's always fun whenever I go to his house. Finally, my cousin and I, along with two other friends, got a good, long practice in playing paintball. In conclusion, most of my Christmas break revolved around playing paintball and of course, being with my family.

2. The pit of my break was right after I got home from my cousin's house and I got sick. First of all, I had two weeks to get sick and of course, it had to be the weekend right before school started again. Also, it wasn't just a little cold. I felt like I was going to die because of how bad I felt. Finally, my stomach was killing me and we didn't have any Vernors! I made my Mom go to the market so I could have some to make my stomach feel better. In conclusion, the pit of my break was getting sick and feeling as if I was going to die.

3. Dear Jarrett Childers, your break sounds pretty good. It was similar from mine for many reasons. First, when I was sick, I ended up staying in bed for almost the entire day, but for a whole different purpose. Also, I would assume the rest of our sleep schedules were the same because when I was sick, I woke up early and couldn't fall asleep at all, even though I had been up for a long time. Finally, we both got some type of video games for Christmas. In conclusion, your break sounded pretty cool and ours were pretty similar for the most part.

1.) The peak of my break was on Christmas Eve because my whole family was together. First, we exchanged gifts. All of my cousins and I got cool presents such as Nike shoes, the Justin Bieber album, clothes, and money. Next we ate our Christmas Eve dinner. I helped my grandma make a lot of the food and I appreciate being able to make memories with her. Last of all, my whole family plays card games and pool for the rest of the night.

2.) The pit of my break was when I was at Mallory's house for New Years and her and Claire pulled a mean, scary prank on Jada and I. The whole reason why they decided to prank us was because I put whipped cream on Mallory because she was the first to fall asleep. So Mallory faked having sleep walking issues. She sleep walked up the stairs and to the kitchen. We followed after her to make sure she didn't fall and get hurt. Jada, Claire and I went back downstairs and Mallory followed us, (still supposedly sleep walking) as Mallory walked by us she tossed a knife at Jada and I. At This point, I was totally freaking out. I ran as fast as I've ever ran up two flights of stairs, all while crying my eyes out like a little baby. I had almost made it to Mallory's parents room when Claire stopped me at the last second to tell me it was all a prank. I paused in disbelief then I started crying even more because I was so mad and freaked out. In conclusion, overall my Christmas break was definitely one to remember.

Dear Ali McIntyre, your break sounds very interesting and memorable. It was similar to mine because you procrastinated to do your homework and I did as well. It was different because from how you described your break, you were not emotionally scarred from a prank. I think its wonderful that you, and all your brothers and sisters we all together making memories to last forever.

The peek of my Christmas break was when I went to my friend Mallory house for New Years Eve we watched the New Eve Bash we ate a lot of food and we sang to Justin Bieber. Furthermore, When it was around 2:00 in the morning Mallory and Claire played a prank on us. Mallory pretend to have sleep walking issues and we believe Claire the whole time because Mallory was playing the prank really well. Lastly, when Mallory went upstairs we followed her because we didn't want her to hurt someone or something so when we got upstairs she was in a corner petting her cat so we told her go back to bed. We ran downstairs hit in a corner, and then when Mallory got downstairs, Mallory toosted a knife at us By the time Kaylee and I were upstairs to her parents room and Claire rold us that it as just a joke . In conclusion my Christmas Break went pretty good no one got hurt, everyone got along great.

2. The pit of my Christmas Break was doing all the chores in the house. First of all, I couldn't sleep in at all. I had to wake up early to go and feed my cats because they like there can food in the morning. Next i had to do the dishes. Lastly I had to fold the clothes and put them all away. In conclusion, I hate doing work to get something in return.

3.

1. The peak of my break was easily Christmas day. First, I got up at seven and did the family stuff, only to return to bed by eight, which was great in my book. Next, I got out of bed at around noon and binge watched all of the Star Wars movies with my dog and some Mountain Dew. By the time the movies were done, it was now two a.m. and I had to get up the next day at seven, so I retired to my quarters and hit the hay. I have to say that it was a good day.

2. The pit of my break had to be when I slept 16 hours in one day. I felt very tired on the 27th as the previous day I had been up for 30 hours straight, so I figured at midnight it was time to doze. It took 5 weird dreams to get me out of my mini coma and I awoke to my alarm clock that read 6:45. I didn't think anything of it until I realized the little p.m. dot was in the corner and I quickly sprang up and attempted to sprint downstairs, tripping on every step on the way down. Upon landing on my back at the bottom, I instantly became the family laughingstock as my whole extended family (cousins, aunt/uncle, etc.) was there as well.

3. Dear Brent Arnold,

Your break sounds exactly like mine as we both binged Star Wars. You also slept a lot, strikingly similar to my break. I have a feeling that your family laughed at you a lot too, so we are in the same boat. However, we still should've binged the movies at Kandt's house. By the way, thanks for the flash drive of pirated Star Wars movies.

Sincerely,

Jarrett

The peak of my break was playing catchphrase with my family. Every Christmas Eve my family has a White Elephant party at Grandma's house, this year the theme was entertainment. After we exchange gifts, we usually begin to play games. My Aunt Diane came from out of state, and she is the life of the party when we play games. In catchphrase you are timed while trying to get other people to guess what you are describing, without saying the word. Well Aunt Diane gets real excited, she starts to talk loud, standing up, and flinging her arms around.Catchphrase was my favorite part of break for sure.

The pit of my break was Wednesday, the day before Christmas Eve. I had to clean the whole house with my annoying sister, while still doing last minute gift wrapping. My morning started early like all, I got up went out to the barn and took care of all of the animals, but instead of coming home to eat a breakfast I had to do the dishes. Which I normally do everyday just not first thing, I also had to sweep, mop, dust, vacuum, clean two bathrooms, do a bunch of laundry, and the worst clean my room. It was all bad though, I did get to listen to music. This was however the downfall of my break.

Dear Mazzy Snay, your break sounds like you got to have a bunch of lazy days which are super fun. Its similar to mine because I got to see my mom, like you got to see your dad. Also, I had a star wars marathon, and saw the new movie as well. The difference would be I didn't see my friends or get sick. Being sick does not sound especially on the first day of break. Overall, it sounds like you had fun visiting your dad, and had a good break.

1. The peak of my break was when I got to see the new Star Wars movie. First, I have been waiting to see the move for a long time now and I finally got to see it. Second, I survived an entire week without the movie getting spoiled, and got to watch it without knowing what would happen. Lastly, I got see the saddest part of the movie and biggest surprise nobody saw coming. In conclusion, the best part of my break was seeing the new Star Wars movie.

2. The pit of my break was watching Michigan State lose the cotton bowl. First, I can't say I didn't expect to see them lose, but I expected them to at least score a point. Secondly, because they lost this means their season is over and they can't play in the National Championship. Lastly, due to the fact of state not playing in the championship I couldn't tell you the next year they will have a team good enough to do it again. In conclusion, watching Michigan State get destroyed in the Cotton Bowl was the worst part of my break.

3. Dear Jacob Kandt, you break sounds interesting. It was similar to mine because we both went to see the new Star Wars movie. I can relate to the sad feeling you felt when Han Solo dies. I also think it must have been fun seeing most of your family considering you don't see them much. All in all, your break sounded very fun and we had a similar break.

1.The peak of my break was going over to my aunt's house on Christmas Eve. To begin, I got to meet my uncle's new girlfriend and her two kids. The whole family was curious about her and were all looking forward to seeing the kids. Also, I opened a lot of gifts, mostly for my new room. I've been waiting to get new things for my bedroom, so it was big for me. Lastly, the whole family went downstairs to play gift bingo, where every time you called a bingo, you got to unwrap a gift. Going over to my aunt's house was peak of my break because i was able to see the new family, open gifts, and play games with everyone together.

2. The pit of my break was New Years Eve because it wasn't really the most entertaining party you could go to. First, it was at my cousin's house..who wasn't even there. She left with a group of friends shortly before i got there, so I didn't have anybody to talk to. Secondly, for the six hours I was there, everybody (my mom, dad, brother, and aunt) played board games like Mexican train. Lastly, before the ball dropped, everyone was asleep, so the first seconds of 2016 were full of tired, sarcastic cheers and party poppers. In conclusion, my New Year's was a dud.

3. Dear Kendall Landry, your break sounds interesting. To start off, It was similar to mine because you were able to be with a lot of friends and family, but also missed the people you didn't get to see. For example, i wasn't able to see a lot of family from Kentucky and Tennessee. Lastly, I thought it was neat that you were on face time when the ball dropped, because i definitely wasn't entertained during New Year's.

The peak of my break would definitely be the one day I saw Star Wars because I was the only person left on the planet to see it, and I was dying inside and probably would be dead if I hadn't seen it. Also just saying Han Solo dies. Besides seeing Star Wars I bought Battlefront, Assassin's Creed Syndicate, and six other video games. Which is gonna give me endless hours of entertainment. finally spending time with family was great as during school I don't spend a lot of time with them as I'm always at social events or games.

The pit of my break would be when I didn't do anything for like four days and just ate food which is just terrible, so I started a diet and basically just worked out the whole last week of break because I felt like crap. I also had a major issue of going to bed on time as I'd get in bed at midnight and not fall asleep till seven in the morning, so I was dead the whole day afterwards. Also just saying watching State lose at the Cotton Bowl was just a terrible thing to see as the year was ending, not as bad as people in Dubai but it was still bad to see.

Dear Mr Jarrett R Childers, your pit of your break sounds similar to mine as we both had messed up sleep schedules, also I had a similar issue with waking up, but instead I had a cord from my heating blanket wrapped around me which caused me to trip, fall and slam into the wall.

1) The peak of my break was on and after Christmas. First, Christmas morning started off, bringing presents and gifts including CDs, a good load of gift cards, a movie by the name, "My Neighbor Totoro," and a Rubix Cube, which I must say is the most agitating toy ever created. Next came my viewing of the new Star Wars movie with my immediate family, the first of the new trilogy a quick pace and enjoyable two hours of my life . Lastly, I went to the book store Barns and Noble, where I indulged in Japanese graffic novels known as "Manga" and a frappichino from the Starbucks store within Barns and Noble. All in all, it was a peak spanning a few days, and was very entertaining.

2) The pit of my break occurred just after the New Year. First, I began to realize school was fast approaching, the stress and anxiety that had left at the beginning of the break returning without so much as a hint of a struggle. Next off returned my at-home responsibilities, which had been put on hold, given the student holiday. To pile it on in full for a third time, I noticed that my sleeping habits would have to change from my usual Night Owl tendencies to more of a Morning Dove, though, the title seems just too unfitting. In conclusion, the pit of my break was caused by my inevitable return to school, the ill-ease and sarcasm-flooded mindset settling back down into place.

3) Dear Jazmine Schott,

Your break sounds very similar to mine. First off, it sounds like you spent a good portion of it being with your family, as did it. Secondly, you complained about having to wake early to travel the houses of relatives, and despite not having stated so in my paragraphs, I, too, had to rise early to visit my Grandmother. Third, and final, you sound like you got just about as much sleep as I did, which was little to none, but our circumstances do differ. I feel bad for you, somewhat, but ii seems I pity myself more.

-sorry dude-

First, we went outside and feed her horses, which is a lot of fun because we show horses together and her horse is pretty funny to watch. Second, i met her whole family, because they where having a Christmas party. Lastly, we played this jelly bean game where some jelly beans taste good and some taste like baby dippers, no joke. That was the peak of my break.

The pit of my break was when I realized yesterday was Sunday, the day before School. Firstly, my break did not feel like it was 2 weeks long. I barley got anything done. Secondly, It was Sunday and I haven't even started my homework. Lastly, My friend had to go home and I actually had to get ready for school.

Dear, Karleigh Gerlach, your break sounded a lot like mine! First, Karleigh and I both wrote about how we both didn't want to go back to school. Secondly, I connect that stayed up late every night which made it hard to wake up this morning. Lastly i connect with the fact that I didn't want my break to end either. In conclusion, are breaks where very simular.

The peak of my break was Christmas. First, this Christmas it was really special, all of my brothers and sisters were together. My brother came home from college and I was at my dad's house so I got to be with my step sister as well. Secondly, getting up early and opening presents isn't what Christmas is all about, it's about being with family, and taking in the special moments that won't last forever in real time but will last forever in our memories. In conclusion, I think family if the most important thing over the holiday and the time spent with them was the peak of my break.

The pit of my break would have to be procrastinating on doing my homework. First of all, I would waste my whole day worrying myself about not getting it done, while I could have been doing it. Therefore, I waited until the very last day of break to do it, which probably wasn't the best idea but I always get my work done on time. In conclusion, I am a procrastinator but always get my work done.

   Dear Madison Desloover,

Your break sounded amazing! It sounded very similar to mine, except being upset that Michiagn State lost because I was super happy about that. On the other hand, I agree that it's always better to be with your family at Christmas. For example, I think it's important to spend that quality time with them.

The peak of my break was Christmas morning. I was given many presents and had lots of fun. First of all, I got the game Xenoblade Chronicles X for the Wii U. That Nintendo game has a world size five times bigger than Fallout 4 and is lots of fun. Second of all, I got Pokemon Y for the 3DS. I haven't played it yet because I was too busy enjoying the first gift, but I am still excited to have it. Last of all, I got to watch my family members open their gifts and enjoy the company with each other. So in conclusion, the peak of my break was definitely Christmas morning.

The pit of my break was the realization of the fact that I had to return to school very soon. First of all, going back to school would mean I would no longer have the freedom to spend my time as I wish. Second of all, I realized that I would be bound by the stress of having homework every night. Last of all, I realized that I would not experience a break of the same of greater size until summer, which would inevitably end as well. In conclusion, the stress of going back to school is very bad.

Dear Conner Downing, your break seems to be a good one. First of all, the fact that you only get 50 dollars a week isn't very heartbreaking. At least it's $50 more than what I get. Second of all, you got many gifts from your loved ones. Lastly, you apparently have a girlfriend. So your break seems to be very good.

First, I don't usually get to see my Dad's side of the family that much, so I was happy to spend the evening with them. Second, I was really happy to go there considering my Aunt is a great cook. Lastly, I love seeing my baby sister. I don't get to see her as much as my other siblings, so when I do, I spend as much time with her as possible. All in all, I was happy of how my Christmas turned out.

2. The pit of my break was the fact that there was no snow all break. When there was snow, it was only like an inch, and then it was gone by morning. Me and my family have a tradition that the day after Christmas we go sledding on huge hills, but we couldn't due to no snow. Last of all, what kind of Christmas is it when it doesn't snow? In conclusion, I was very upset that it wasn't a white Christmas.

3. Dear Brent Arnold, your break sounds lazy. Our breaks are a lot similar, because I didn't do much but watch Netflix and sleep. Our sleep schedules were pretty much the same also. Although I did get more than three hours of sleep last night, I usually did go to bed around 1:30-2 every night. I guess you could say we both spent our Christmas Break the same.

At dad's we also had Christmas with him. I got Guitar Hero Live and new dance shoes. All in all it was a lot of fun.

The pit of my break would be the very first day of it. I had my three friends come over, Abby, Emily and Korisa. It was fun but then while we were watching Romeo and Juliet (very sterotypical, I know) I fell asleep and woke up with a fever. It wasn't awful but I felt bad my friends had to leave early the next morning.

Dear Jada, your break sounded exciting. To conclude, your break sounded eventful and like a memory that will last. Hope it was fun. Love, Mazzy.

1. The peak of my break would definitely my family Christmas a couple of days ago. First, I got to see my family that I haven't lately. Secondly, it was my Aunt's birthday so we celebrated that and we had cake. Lastly, I got to play basketball with all of my cousins which was always fun because my family is very competitive. It was a very fun break.

2. The pit of my break was having to come back to school. First, I had baseball workouts after lounging around for 2 weeks. Secondly, I had to wake up early after sleeping in the entire break. Lastly, I will be stressed again because of school work while I wasn't stressed before. It wasn't bad though.

3. Dear Julia Hendershot,

Your break sounded boring.

First of all the peak of my break was being able to spend time with my family. Every Christmas I go to my grandma's along with all of my other cousins, aunts, and uncles. I loved spending time with them opening presents and playing fun games together. I appreciate being able to have a conversation with them especially if I haven't seen them in a while.

Secondly, the pit of my break was watching Michigan State lose to Alabama in the Cotton Bowl. To add to that, another downfall of my break was watching the spartans break their winning streak in basketball. Even though they lost to Iowa in basketball, I know as soon as we have Denzel Valentine back from a minor injury, they will be back at it.

     Dear Breeana Barr,

Your break sounds good and bad, similar to mine. Well saying that we both went to our grandma's and did the same things and spent time with our family, it was very similar. Also, we both were watching the Michigan State games that ruined our break. On the other hand, the only thing that was different was basically that I only spent Christmas with my mom's side of the family not my dad's

First During the break I could do whatever I wanted when I wanted to, like go outside or eat when I wanted to. Second with the break I did not have to stress out about having to do homework because we did not have to go to school. Finally the break let me see my brother and sister I have not seen for a few months because they were at college so I got to spend quality time with them. In Conclusion the peak of my break was the fact it was a much needed break, I got to do what I wanted when I wanted, I did not have to stress about homework, and finally my brother and sister came home.

2.

The pit of my break was the fact that that much needed break ended. First I gained all of my restraints that school gives me such as the time I wake up, when I eat, or when I can go outside. Next I have to start worrying about homework now that I'm back in school which may effect when I can do things I want like go outside. Finally with the end of break means I can no longer see all of my family such as aunts, uncles, or my sister who left for college until next year when she comes back from an internship.

3.

Dear Levi Beaver,

Your break sounds exciting, It was different from mine, because your basketball shows how competitive your family is, where as mine we just eat and talk on Christmas. First, it was the one day over break that I got to spend the day with everyone I wanted to spend time with, such as my family and some of my friends. Second, it was a very new experience because I have only celebrated New Years one other time. Finally, New Years Eve was the peak of my break because it was overall more exciting than the rest of my break. Consequently, New Year's Eve was the highest point of my Christmas break.

2.

The pit of my break was getting two teeth pulled four days before Christmas. All in all i think that Christmas had to be the best part about my break.

2.) The worst part of my break was that this was my first Christmas without my dad. First of all, it was basically just an awkward feeling. Then, i was pretty upset, but other people would cheer me up. Lastly, i got to visit his grave for the very first time, so i got to decorate it. In conclusion, i celebrated my first Christmas with my dad.

3.) Dear Grace Rogers,

Your break seemed fun, but also tiring. I bet getting to see you grandma was super exciting, and getting to see her horse. It was most likely tiring though because you had to spend a day with someone you're not close with, at least you guys both like horses! Anyways, i hope you had a great break!

1. The peak of my break was probably Christmas. My Christmases are always really busy. First, I wake up at my moms house and do presents and everything there. Then, around 9:30am, I go to my dad's house and do the same thing there. Next, I go to my grandparents' house around noon. This year, we picked up Ben on the way and I got to spend Christmas with him, and he got me way too many presents. I got a lot of cool things from my family too and overall had a very good time. Christmas was the best part of my break.

2. The pit of my break was when my cousins stayed with me. We had a Christmas party at my house with family, and my aunt talked my mom into letting the four of them stay the night. They are the worst kids I have ever met. They are all boys; 10 year old twins and an 11 year old. However, they all act 2. The 16 year old stayed too, but he wasn't the issue. The younger ones are the messiest, loudest people I know. Additionally, they are so addicted to their electronics that they cannot function without them. Worse yet, they scream and cry for what they want, lack common manners, and destroyed my house. I also have 3 and 4 year old siblings on top of that, resulting in overall chaos. I could've handled it for a day maybe, but then there was a snow storm. My aunt didn't want my 16 year old cousin driving an hour home, so they were stuck there until the next day. It was absolutely miserable, and definitely the pit of my break.

3. Dear Madison Revels, your break seems both good and bad. It was similar to mine because we both spent a ton of time with our boyfriends. Also, I've had trouble sleeping lately and always wake up around 9. It sounds like you had a lot of fun, aside from the lack of sleep and rainy Christmas. I'm ready for another break, and I bet you are too.

I was excited but almost immediately asked if Jessie, my cousin, and Alex, her boyfriend, were coming over as well. My mom said they weren't but I spent a few minutes after talking about how I hope they would get married. Later, we visited my cousin at her apartment in Detroit and she told us that he had proposed a few days before. To conclude, I can Predict engagements!

2. The pit of my break was coming back to school. Firstly, school is the bane of my existence. Furthermore, at school I have to deal with stress, work, activities, friends, enemies, and teachers. Also, not being on break means waking up before the sun feels well enough to peek over the horizon. To conclude, if the sun isn't up, I shouldn't be.

3. Dear Kayla Halleck,

Your pit sounds like my feelings for putting up the tree. Similarly, I was dreading all the lights and ornaments. Your christmas tree experience was different from mine because I got out of putting up the tree when my sister volunteered. Furthermore, your tree building sounds horrible and I'm very sorry for you. To conclude, putting up and taking down the tree sucks.

Last, I like opening presents and seeing what everyone got because sometimes we pull tricks on each other. These are reasons why I love seeing my family on Christmas.

2) The pit of my break would probably be the weekend before we went back to school. First, I had slept in late almost everyday of break and I had to try to wake up earlier on these days to try to get used to it again. Second, most of my break was spent with family and friends, so on these last few days I had to try to finish all the homework that I didn't get done yet. Lastly, I wasn't looking forward to going back to school and I realized I only had a couple more days until I had to. Every Christmas she is the one who holds our family together with everything we do at the party and what we eat. It was a blessing and a joy to have her for another Christmas. We didn't think she would make it to Christmas because she was recently diagnosed with cancer. I was so overjoyed that I could spend yet another Christmas with my Grandma.

2. He bucked up and down and drug me around the barn and slammed my dad and I around. It was frustrating working with an 800 pound animal who had a temper. Putting a show halter on my Steer was definitely the pit of my break.

3. Dear Rachel Keuning,

You break sounds very interesting. It was similar to my break because we both enjoyed Christmas with our families. Your problem with you TKAM sounds very boring and I hope you can be able to finish the book. Also, I wasn't disappointed with my presents either because i picked mine out too. Also, we had to clean our house to but that's just because all my mother does is make us clean. In conclusion, I am glad you christmas break was somewht excting.

Like seeing my grandma who is 83 this year. I also got to see my little brother and sister open the gifts that i got them this year. And I got to hand out the gifts this year which to most is not that special but in my family it is a very big deal. Then when everyone was done with gifts we all sat and watched ''The Christmas Story '', as a family.

2

The pit of my break had to been when my mom got rushed to the hospital for chest pain and she had to stay at the hospital for two nights and us kids where not allowed to see her till 12 the next night. The other thing has to be the fact that I hurt my neck and I have a Cast for just a couple days.

3

Dear, Justin Vincent

It sound like you had a good break, even with you having to do all the work in the cold. And the fudge sounds really good in the way you explained it.

1.

The peak of my Christmas break was the fact that I was barely home and alone. Most of the time my grandma is working so it was nice to not spend my break completely alone. I really enjoyed hanging around Austen's family, probably because I enjoy his mother more than him. In all honesty, I can't really pick out which part was my favorite, I really enjoyed myself.

2. The pit of my break was that I got no sleep. I was up almost all night every night and waking up around nine o'clock in the morning. I struggle to sleep in most of the time mostly because I just got a belly button piercing and it was extremely painful to. Also, the rain was unbelievably depressing on Christmas.

3. Dear Amber Polzin,

Your break seems very much like mine. My whole family came over on Christmas Eve. There was about 100 people inside my house and they didn't leave until later that night. I can also relate to the cousins that cannot function without they're electronics, because I am that person only to avoid how obnoxious my family is and I've been on the same level on Candy Crush for the past two weeks. Also, all of the tiny children came barging in my room constantly, I understand your frustrations.

1. The peak of my break would be Christmas at my aunt's. First off, my aunt is a really good cook and has plates of food out constantly. Also, it was nice to see my relatives I don't see any other day of the year. In addition, it was awesome to make so much easy money. In conclusion, Christmas at my aunt's was the best because of food, family, and money.

2. The pit of my break was the night before I came back to school. Firstly, I had to quickly finish all the homework I should have done a week ago. Secondly, the realization that I couldn't stay home and lay around was a very unpleasant thought that lingered in my mind throughout the day. Thirdly, I had become accustomed to sleeping in early and I wasn't looking forward to getting up at five. Finally, I was at my lowest the day before going back to school because I shouldn't be getting up when I usually go to bed!

3. Dear Jared McCormick,

your break sounds like it was a lot fun. It sounds somewhat like mine in the fact that I also was excited for Black Ops 3. I bet seeing your brother was a happy moment. I totally relate with your pit, I dreaded the return of school. Overall it sounds like you had a fun and eventful break.

Peak

My break was amazing, and really fun, filled with many memorable moments. If I had to pick one, I feel that the peak of my break would have to be going to a bowling alley with my family and a lot of friends. First, we all started bowling. It was fun, although I was horrible at it, getting a score of 41, which is very bad. I only played the one game, for obvious reasons. Next, I ate some delicious pizza, and talked with my friends about nerdy video games and card games. Then, I grabbed a few dollars and went straight to the arcade. I went to my favorite machine, and inserted my first quarter. The game was none other than the classic space-shooter known as Galaga. Soon enough my friends began crowding me and watching me play. I was doing well, so they gave me some of their quarters so I could continue playing and increase my score. Even other kids I didn't know began giving me quarters. Eventually I had to stop, but only because I had to leave. Otherwise, I would've continued. However, I certainly left my mark on that machine, making it to level 101 with a high score of 716,620, essentially doubling the previous high-score. It might not seem like much, but entering my initials into the machine was certainly satisfying. In conclusion, one of the peaks of my break would have to be going bowling with my friends, in which I conquered the arcade.

Pit

There weren't many times in my break where I felt that it was a pit, but if I had to pick one, I would have to pick babysitting my younger cousins. It wasn't that bad, and I am getting rewarded for it, yet it wasn't exactly what I would call a fun time. First, my brother and I got to the house, in which our uncle explained to us some simple things such as how to work the phone, letting the dogs out, etc. Next, they left, and we were set with the task of watching and playing with our cousins for around 6 or 7 hours. These cousins were Drake, an eight-year-old boy, and Dakota, a four-year-old girl. For what seemed like days I had to play tag, pirates, and doctors with Dakota, although eventually things settled down. Later in the day, we were all sitting on the couch and watching Looney Tunes and Counting Cars. It didn't take much longer for our uncle and aunt to get home. My brother and I talked with our uncle for a while before he drove us home, and that was the end of it. In conclusion, although it wasn't horrible, the pit of the break would have to be looking after my cousins for most of the day.

Response to a Peer (Melanie G.)

Dear Melanie Griffin, I think your break sounded nice, but maybe a little laid-back. But hey, there is nothing wrong with that at all, in my opinion! Anyways, first I shall respond to your peak. I'm slightly jealous of your peak, to be completely honest. I enjoy art and drawing as well, although I'm not the best when it comes to faces. That is why I'm slightly jealous of that. I agree that it is definitely a rewarding thing to think about. Next, I agree that your pit certainly isn't good, and I understand how you feel. However, there is the possibility that these friends were busy, which could be true considering Christmas and New Years were a part of the break. Besides, it is nice sometimes to just spend time with family around the holidays. In conclusion, from what you stated, your break sounded somewhat uneventful, yet still nice and relaxing, which is certainly acceptable.

I haven't seen her in about three month and I was really looking forward to spending time with her and her new horse.

2) The pit of my winter break was most likely seeing my one cosine. Every since she picked up showing horses last summer me and her haven't been getting along. One reason is simply the fact that she doesn't do the classes I do and still thinks she's better. Second reason is we both train and work our horses differently. Adding this all up seeing her was the pit of vacation.

3) Dear Karissa Scott, you're break's peak sounds somewhat similar to mine. It's similar to mine for the fact that you don't get to see your mom's side often and neither do I.

1: The peak of my break was probably sleeping or going ice skating. Over the break, I went ice skating at Campus Martius in Detroit with two of my friends. It was significantly cold to be honest. I mean I would have enjoyed sleeping more, but ice skating was pretty fun considering they both fell a lot. Over all, the peak of my break was ice skating with my clumsy friends.

2: The pit of my break was most likely trying to take down the Christmas tree. I disliked taking down the tree because it was a rather long, tedious task. I would have preferred sleeping for that time instead of picking up an ornament, and placing it in a box. Trying to take the lights off the tree was even worse. Everything got tangled up with each other. It was very annoying. Overall, I disliked trying to take down a Christmas tree that I really did not feel like putting up in the first place.

3: Dear Jessica Greene, your break sounds more productive than mine. Next, I woke up my brother and we waited for my parents to wake up. Finally, we were all up and ready to open up the presents. Being with my family made the whole day a great day. In conclusion, the peak of my break was Christmas.

2.) The pit of break would be waking up early and getting ready to come to school today. Firstly, I had to set two alarms since I wasn't used to waking up so early. Next, I wasn't even hungry so I only ate a banana for breakfast and now I'm super hungry. Finally, I never knew it was snowing so I wore my slides, and then my ride came in the driveway and that's when I found out snow was covering the ground. I had no time to change shoes so I was forced to wear them, and now my toes are very cold. In conclusion, the pit of my break was this morning.

3.) Dear Jacob Kandt, your pit sounds very saddening and I feel bad for you. It was quite different from mine because I just didn't want to go to school, but you had several things going on.

Peak

My break surprisingly did have a peak, that being drawing faces well for the first time. Finally being able to draw faces on this app I have called Picsart is a big accomplishment of mine. Drawing faces had always been a challenge for me, so finally being able to do it was definitely a plus. Being able to draw something I’d been working hard at was so great and self-rewarding.

Pit

There were many pits to my break but the main one would have to be missing my friends. A few had talked to me over break, but a lot of the ones I’m closer with didn’t even make an attempt to come into contact with me. While I had tried to talk to them, the app I use has the capability of telling me if they read it or not and said friends had just read my messages and didn’t even respond. I’m not angry, I guess I’m just disappointed because they were the ones that I’m closest to and talking to them is always a highlight to my day. To reiterate, my main pit was my friends not even trying to come into contact with me.

Response
Dear Sarah Hackett, your break sounds similar to mine in where you said you watched the movie, Star Wars because I had went to the Krafft 8 theater in Port Huron on New Years day.

(1) The peak of my holiday break would most definitely be New Years Eve and New Years Day. This being because I was invited to a friend’s house along with three other people. We had a great time. We played pool, Halo, Call of Duty, Flashlight Tag (I’m not getting into details), Magic and Cards Against Humanity. We dined on pizza and pop. In the morning, we enjoyed pancakes, sausage, pork, and orange juice.

(2) The pit of my holiday break was yesterday with the realization that there was school the next day. The day was quite busy, so I didn’t have time to do anything that I enjoyed. I ended up going to bed late because of how busy we were. Also, because of us being busy, I was never able to relax before I came back. Not to mention I was in a car most of the day.

(3) Dear Jarrett Childers, your break sounds like it was well spent. Also, it seems your electronics got good use. It was similar to mine because the both of us seemed to destroy our sleep schedules. Although, there was never a time over break when I had to wake up early. (excluding church) I’ve never been a big fan of Star Wars, but binge watching a TV show or movie is definitely something I can relate to. Your break seemed fun, sir.

1- The peak of my break was going to my grandma's house and eating Christmas dinner. My first reason is because i love going to her house and the smells from the kitchen surround you and not even the pile of presents an get your mind off the mouth watering food not even 10 feet away from you. My second reason is the fact that it's food and who doesn't love food?? The turkey, so warm and juicy, the homemade mashed potatoes with melting butter dripping on your plate. All of these are defiantly the peak of my break.

2- The pit of my break was supposed to have been my peak but when i got to my brother's house in Saginaw, unpacked in my room and went to go on my phone... no service. I went into the living room and said " Why didn't you tell me you guys did not get service here?!?!" because you would not of come they said. So there I was no service , no friends where I was and maybe worst of all a 6 year old brother who had nothing else to do but bug me. In conclusion Saginaw was the what seemed endless pit of my break.

3- Dear Tyler Stone , your break sounds both exciting and painful. It was so much different because new years eve I stayed home and just chilled with my family and i didn't do anything that has to do with excercise over break.

The pit of my break was riding a car long time to get to Florida.First, it took like all day to get there. Second,a car was not big enough so it's like squishy.Third,I just slept during car ride. First, I went to a Christmas party with my mom’s side of the family and i got to see all my second cousins which was nice. Second, I seen my close family on Christmas day and we had a good time as we always do laughing playing games and just enjoying each others company. Lastly,I seen some of my close family on New Years Eve, but they didn't stay long nobody really stayed up to watch the ball drop besides me. In conclusion, my break was filled with family fun and lots of sleep.

The pit of my break was realizing that we had to go back to school. First, Its gonna be hard getting back into my old sleeping habit and not staying up until 9 am and sleeping until noon. Second, the stress I have during school. When I get stressed I get irritated and worked up, and when I get worked up the occasional Panic attack hits and that is no fun. Lastly, homework, homework is the most stressful thing especially if it's not welled explained. In conclusion, the break was great until realizing you have to go rejoin reality.

Dear Kaleb Keidel, our breaks were very similar. Also me, Jenna marks and her sister stayed at our "friends" house for a couple of days and the first night i stayed we went to buffalo wild wings and it was my first time going and that place is the bomd.com and there was a really good football game on not gonna lie.Lastly for Christmas i got a pair of white beats i was so happy when i opened them up.

2) The pit of my Christmas break was cheer practice and stressing over cheer and the fact we have to come back to school so soon and having to wake up at 6:00 which was very rough. Next i didn't do the things i wanted to do over break i honestly just went to practice, slept and i binge watched Netflix.

3) Dear Jacob Kandt the pit of your break sound terrible i'm sorry you didn't feel good and that's sucks to not go to bed until seven in the morning that sound dreadful i was upset to when state lost.

It was great to see everyone. I love seeing my family especially if i haven't seen them in a while. I like getting presents, but not as much as I like spending time with my family.

2. The pit of my break was that my grandma in Clinton Township was has been sick since Thanksgiving. I am not really sure if she is getting better. I hope she is because I wouldn't want her to be sick to long. Also my grandma is Canada has been sick for a while. Unfortunately she is getting worse. The last time before I saw her for Christmas she looked bad, but now she looks even worse.

3. Dear Katie Brennan, your break sounds great. It is similar to mine because we both likes spending time with our family. It sounds like you had lots of fun spending time with both sides of your family. It's also great that you got to spend time with your friends also during your break. They ,Matthew ,Meghan ,Marissa , all live in Saginaw so i don't get to see them often. We all exchanged gifts and partied in my grandmothers basement. This was a great time because they surprised us by coming into town early.

The pit of my break happened on Wednesday and Sunday. I missed weight for my 112 lbs weight class on Wednesday , I weighed 112.8. and had to wrestle up to 119 . I did not win a single match . Then I missed my class again on Sunday but this time I was given an extra 2 lbs and still missed 114, I weighed 114.3 and again i wrestled up but this time i went to 121 lbs . I still did not win any matches . this week i am on weight and have made it under 114.

Dylan Matthews

I totally agree with the whole going back to school thing . I also got to see family that I don't normally see and am happy that you got to eat good food ....... I also was excited for black-ops 3 but spent most of my time wrestling .

My grandma made the best ham that took all day to cook. Christmas morning I found out I got a ps4 and my very own varsity jacket. As you can see, I had a good time over break.

2. The pit of my break was on New Years Eve. Michigan State was playing Alabama in the Cotton Bowl. It was the College Football Playoff semi finals. Alabama was ranked second in the country and State was third. State lost in a blowout 38-0. As you can see, it was a tough loss and definitely not one of my best parts of break.

3. Dear Brent, your break sounds boring. I´m a huge Star Wars fan but not I can´t even go a whole day of watching every movie. Your break was similar to mine in a way. I had trouble getting to sleep too most nights. The new Star Wars movie was the best and worst movie of them all. All in all, your breaking sounded boring and fun at the same time.

At first I was just sitting at home watching tv shows when my friend texted me and asked if I wanted to come to his party. One hour later at 10 O'clock at night I went to his house and played card games and hung out until midnight. After the ball dropped we all hung out and stayed up until 7:30 that morning. That is why New years eve and day was the peak of my break.

The pit of my break was my weight lifting meet the Saturday after we got out. At first I was doing good and I was taking first in all my lifts. But then we got to dead lift and all the kids were lifting more and more weight. When I went up to lift my second dead lift I got down and pulled as hard as I could and pulled both of my hamstrings. That is why it is the pit of my break.

   Dear Angu,

Your break in Florida sounds awesome. First, I think that it is cool that you got to see Alligators and Dolphins.

(1)There were many good things about my break I got a new hoodie, new socks, but the best part of my break you could even call it the peak, is when i opened the present containing my new boots. At first, we watched my two nephews open there presents from Santa. Then, my brother Kyle started handing out presents, and there they were in a red wrapping paper my beautiful new comfy boots. The next thing I did was put them on while i was still in my pajamas and go play in the snow, while there was no snow i used my imagination. That is way I consider getting my new boots my peak.

(2) The pit over my break is fairly depressing, you see I woke up one day after Christmas and went into the kitchen to find that I had ran out of pizza rolls. This tragedy struck my family bitterly we had ranch and everything , but the population of these delicious creatures was scarce. It seemed to turn into a mad house, everyone running around eating everything and anything trying to slay the fierce craving for the magical goodness. No one was successful. That is why my pit is so depressing.

(3) Dear Mr. Stone

My break was fairly different compared to yours. You see while were being athletic at your weight lifting meet I was at home on the couch doing nothing. I was in TV land while you were working out. Your pit sounded very painful it seems you need to be more careful.

Sincerely, your friend the pizza roll man.

Most of break was super amazing like Christmas and Christmas Eve, but i didnt like New years that much. Id say new years eve to new years morning was pretty boring until i got home and hung out with my dad. I texted my cousin to come over she couldnt because she was already at a friends house for a few days. Then, just Saturday my cousin and i had to babysit two girls, they were sisters so they fought the whole time. We had to watch them from 10pm-4am. So after they left, with my cousin I slept from 5am-2pm..That means i couldnt sleep last night sdd

at nd only got 4 hours of sleep for school today.

2] The pit of my break was that break didnt feel long enough and my family didnt really go anywhere. We drove two hours away on Christmas to see my moms side of the family, thats it.

3] Dear Ayaka Hasebe, your break sounds like it was the best. It was different from mine because I didnt leave Michigan, yet luckily you went to Florida. Some things that sound interesting are seeing wild animals like manatees.

(1) The peak of my break was the amazing Christmas time I had. In fact, the best part about that day was hanging out with my family who some of which I haven't seen in a long time. Also, I got some pretty good gifts this year like some star wars shirts, the star wars trilogy books, and a couple of games. Furthermore, I had no worries or stress about homework so I wasn't freaking out that something wasn't getting done fast enough. In conclusion the best part of my break was hanging out with the people I care about and getting amazing gifts.

(2) The pit of my break was the day's getting closer by to the return of school. For example, I hate the feeling of homework when i'm at school and want to do other things when i'm home like go to the movies and stuff. Also I dislike having projects that are due over the weekend or break because it takes my free time away. Furthermore, when packets are issued, they usually are due during the next two days not enabling one to complete it unless they want to go for it and do it all in one day which takes a lot of time away. In conclusion this was the pit of my break.

(3) Dear Ethan Bartee, your break sounds pretty decent. In fact, it was similar to mine because I got a video game that i wanted to. Also, getting a game that you wanted normally but you may not have been able to get sounds really cool. Furthermore it really sounds like the Spartans didn't put in the effort they needed in that game. In conclusion it seems like we both had a great Christmas.

In conclusion, the peak of my break was family, friends, and presents.

Another sad part of my break is that there was no snow on Christmas... Lastly, the worst part of my break was coming here today.

Dear Emily Gill, your break sounds fun.

The peak of my winter break was the party at my friend’s house. This party was just after Christmas with all my closest friends where we started off just playing simple board games. Then, after listening to a long talk about the new Star Wars movie we got to watch all the little children duel it out with toy lightsabers around the house, trying to avoid the Griswald family sized christmas tree. Finally, all the older kids were able to find the TV in the mass chaos of kids flooding to the playroom around midnight to catch a rerun of SNL, while the parents planned out the get togethers for the upcoming week. In conclusion, this was my favorite out of many parties I attended over break with my best friends, also known as my peak of the break.

The pit of my break was the very last day and knowing that the fun was about the end. First, the boredom of not being able to have friends over to hang out because we have to get ready for school the next day. Next, I had to listen to my favorite football team lose to a team they whooped at the beginning of the season. Finally, I stayed home and did nothing the whole day, and if there is nothing I hate more then wasting the day away like I did. All in all, it was a really fun break other than the last day knowing I had to go back to school.

Dear Meghan Delor, your winter break sounded really fun filled. It sounds similar to mine because your Christmas party you said you had tons of fun at your party like I had ton of fun at my craziness of a party. It is so cool that you got to see your cousin that now live in New York, I wish her the best on her career. I am glad I got to see a connection between our breaks and that I did not do something that no one had done besides parties on new year's eve.

After mass, we went to celebrate Christmas with my moms side. Then we all went back to our house to prepare for my dad's family to come over.In conclusion, I thought it was a great time spending time with close and distant family.

2.)The pit of Christmas break was most definitely the game. First, the opposing team lead us on or something in the first half leaving the game close. Second, their defensive line was destroying our offensive line. Then, our quarter back threw the pic that degenerated my hope for the win. In conclusion, the 38-0 blowout in the Michigan State vs Alabama game nearly destroyed my break.

3.)Dear Mitchell Keith, we had very similar breaks.

1) The peak of my break was when i got to take my Christmas money and go shopping with my sister. It isn´t all too often i am able to do that with any of my family members. First, we went to Hot Topic and had looked at all kinds of Harry Potter shirts, Band bracelets, and anime merchandise. After we walked around window shopping at the different stores inside the mall. Lastly before the mall closed we went to V.S and had a blast getting mad about sizes being totally wrong or something being in the wrong drawer.

2) The pit of my break was that i wasn´t able to decorate a Christmas tree this year. Also, i spent my New Years Eve all by myself in my room watching Alvin and the Chipmunks while on the phone with my best friend Evency. As well as my family butting heads quite a bit about all kinds of different things throughout my whole entire break.

3) Dear Mariah Martin, It sounds like a really great Christmas. I know what it´s like to have close family in the military and aren´t always able to be home for any holidays. Also, Christmas parties are always fun. The food, the family, and the celebration is always something to remember. All this as well as getting everything you wanted for Christmas is always an awesome bonus. I´m so happy for you that you had an overall seemingly good Christmas and New Years break.

Second, we all bonded more through games, and talking. Furthermore, the best part about being at the cabin was going to my cousin's wedding on Jan. 2nd, it was fantastic, the best wedding that I have every been to. In conclusion, going to the cabin was the best because of all the memories made that will last a life time.

2. The pit of Christmas break was driving, to get to my cousin's cabin. First off, it took nine hours, in a cramped car. Secondly, I was trapped in between my brothers, so I had no room to stretch out and get comfortable. Lastly, counting down the hours from nine all the way to the last couple minutes, it took a really long time. In conclusion being in the car was the worst part about Christmas break.

3.Dear Samantha Chauvin, our break was similar in the aspect that we liked being with family. Also going to our grandparents for Christmas, that was a blast. Furthermore I thought it was similar because you said you had a great time with your brothers, I did too, other than in the car.

Then lastly we could not shoot it because the battery did not charge and we found out that the charger is broken, now I gotta buy a new one, Merry Christmas.

3.)

1) I would have to say that the peak of my Christmas break was Christmas eve. First of all, it was the time where I was with the side of my family I was most comfortable with. Second, we opened a few presents, ate a delicious meal, and went to church, which made everyone in a better mood. Lastly, the friendly Christmas spirit is always so strong at that one time of year. I can't think of a better day to call the "peak of my break".

2) The pit of my break, sad enough to write about, was the one day when I realized how big of a part my friends are in my typical daily routine. It was an unhappy day. To start off, both of my parents were out at work and my sister was low on sleep, so she was very cranky and mas at me. There was very little positive energy in the house. Second, I missed my friends dearly. I missed the conversations you can only have in real life, their jokes, and physically being with the people (of your age) who you love. I hadn't seen them in over a week, and it was depressing me. Lastly, being bored and alone left me plenty of time to think, which left me remembering past Christmases with people who were no longer in my life. The nostalgia was heart-breaking. All-in-all, I could definitely go without that day in my break, as it was the pit of it.

3) Dear Allisen Borowski, it appears that Christmas break for you was a special time that comes every so often, and is enjoyed when it arrives.

1. The peak of my Christmas break would have to be the fact that I got to see my cousins and the rest of my family as much as I did. Not even counting our annual Christmas Eve party at our grandparents’ house, it seemed like our families grew a lot closer and spent a lot more time together during the weeks that we had off. Needless to say, there never really was a dull moment. I still got plenty of time to just sit back and relax all on my own though, and that’s always nice. To sum it up, Christmas break felt just like a really long weekend, but with a lot more people to spend it with.

2. The pit of my Christmas break would have to be the fact that some nights I’d stay up too late, and then ending up sleeping in much too early for my liking. I wanted to spend every minute of my break wisely, but I ended up squandering a lot of my time through my own poor decisions. To make matters worse, every time I slept in late, I’d end up staying up later due to having woken up later in the day, which would make it harder to put my sleep schedule back on track. On a completely unrelated note, I managed to fall asleep on time last night. Then I woke up three hours too early. I couldn’t fall asleep after that.

3. Dear Gabriel Pociecha,

Your break sounds like it was quite fun. Especially since there was pizza involved. I can really relate to you on the whole bowling situation too, in terms of bowling skill. I’m not very good either, but it’s still an engaging sport to play. Plus, the Galaga story sounds like it would’ve been a blast to see in person, I know I would’ve given you a quarter just to see how far you could get. You may not of been king pin at bowling, but at least you got number one on that arcade cabinet. As for the babysitting, it does sound like you had a bit of a bad time, doesn’t it? At least you didn’t burn the house down. All things considered, you did have quite a hard time coming up with a pit for your break, so it must have been filled with a lot more excitement than just what you’ve said yourself.

1) The peak of my Christmas break was receiving my 5 Tb external hard drive from my dad. I revived this gift almost a week late, because we ordered it online and it shipped way late. So, everyday leading up to receiving the hard drive I run out and checked the mail. The morning I received it I had woken up at 10:30 and started walking downstairs when I heard our dogs barking, so I raced to get shoes on and grab the mail from the mailman and he handed me the package which i had a feeling it was my hard drive. This is the small and less exciting peak of my break.

2) The pit of my break was when I had stayed up until 4 am and i realized I had to get up at 8 the next or I guess technically the same day. The next day, I was so tired that I couldn't even stand for more than 5 minutes before I started to fall and doze off. The reason I had to get up so early was actually so I could go to my aunts for Christmas, on Christmas day. So, while opening gifts people kept having to nudge me so I could open my gifts. This was the pit of my Christmas break.

3) Dear Emily Jed, It sounds like your Christmas break was much more exciting then mine. You seemed to have a much better time from that one paragraph. Your Christmas day was more eventful then my entire break. Glad to hear that everyone was home and that you had fun.

Sincerely, Cade (Moose)

Also not having any snow made it really boring.

Dear Lydia Hill,

Seems like your Christmas was somewhat similar to mine we both went shopping and hung out with our family. However you had to travel much more than me and my family. I bet seeing Daddy´s Home was very funny.

1) The peak of my Christmas break being able to see my whole family. Some of the people there I have never met before, so it was cool meeting more of my family. First, my aunt had a party at her house and a lot of people came and I got to know my family even more. It had been a while since I have seen some of my cousins, Therefore, it was really nice to catch up with them and see them, because I wont see them again till next Christmas. In conclusion, the peak of my Christmas break was spending time with family.

2) The pit of my Christmas break was when i realized i only had a couple more days till we had to come back to school. First, my sleep scheduled was all over the place. Some nights i wouldn't go to bed till three in the morning and wouldn't wake up till noon. Secondly, I didn't have any of my homework done, so I had to rush and do it. Therefore, my pit of Christmas break was realizing we had to come back to school in a couple days.

3) Dear Alicia Ferguson, our breaks were kind of similar because we hung out with friends. Also hanging out with family and going shopping.

1. The peak of my break would have to be going to Ohio and doing fun things with my family . First, my trip started a little different than usual I had to ride with my aunt and her kids don't get me wrong it was a blast, but it felt a little longer than three hours. Second, we had Christmas at our farm house and ended up going shopping at the mall in Lima( fun fact the town where our farm is, is where Neal Armstrong grew up and their is a museum their) the shopping trip lasted five hours! Last, we went and saw the movie daddy's home. It was a funny movie that I loved.

2.The pit of my break had to be coming home to go to my cousins wedding. First, I had to pack all my things up which took forever. Second, on the car trip home we had to go through Detroit. Which I'm deathly afraid of getting shot when we go their. in conclusion the pit of my break had to be coming home from all my joys and laughs.

Dear Alicia Ferguson,

it looks like you had a more exciting break than mine. seriously you broke your bed! good thing you fixed it. your dad cheated at Christmas and that is not fair girl, but overall your vacation sounded like a lot of fun.

It was really fun cause it's in the middle of the woods with no electricity and no running water. Also,I got to close out the hunting season and see my grandparents up there. In conclusion,I had a good break.

2) The pit of my break was I didn't get a deer and when we came home. The reason I didn't want to come him is because my brother and sister came home from college and they had to go back when we came home. Also,we throw a Christmas eve party with all my aunts, uncles, and cousins I don't see much and not many people could make it this year. In conclusion,I still had a good break.

3) Dear Jeremy Darling,I think you had a great Christmas and it sounds a lot like mine with the hanging out with you cousins and family. Then after that, I had a New Years party with a bunch of friends and my dad, we all had fun.

2. The pit of my break was getting into a (verbal) fight with my mom on new years, we don't get along at all and it always happens. Also, not being able to see any of my brothers on Christmas was probably the worst part.

1. The peak of my Christmas break would have to be around Christmas time when I went to my grandma's house.b This is one of my favorite times of year when I get to go to my families house to celebrate on Christmas Eve. We usually have an annual dinner and then a little while after that we'll pass presents around the room, and obviously open them around the tree. I just love going to my grandma's house and spending time with family because I feel like we don't go enough. I will always remember this break because my dad and I actually went shopping for other people's presents this year(he doesn't usually do that).

2.The pit of my Christmas break would have to be the last weekend of break around New Years where we had to go back to school. This is my pit because I really hate going back to school after such a long break. This was one my best breaks ever though which adds to the fact of me hating going back to school. Anyway this really was not my favorite part of break because I had to leave my dad's house and the next day go back to school and not have another thing like this until Spring,

3. First, Christmas morning everyone got up to open gifts and after we had to get ready to leave to my uncle's house. Second, By the time we got to my Uncle's house everyone was there and waiting to play the elephant game. lastly, The next day my sister took me to go see the movie sisters, which was a really funny movie. In conclusion, the peak of my break was spending time with family.

2) The pit of my break was most likely having to worry about homework. First, I was going to start my homework the day I got home from school, but instead I just decided to watch TV. Second, I waited so long that there was only a few days left of break and I still had to finish my homework packet and finish reading my book. Therefore, the next time I have homework on break I will finish it to get it all out of the way.

Dear Christina Keegan,

It sounds like you had an exciting break, hanging out with your cousins and getting to meet new family members for the first time. overall, your Christmas Break sounded interesting.

The peak of my break was going shopping with my friend, Julia. First, we didn't know what we were going to buy, but we ended up getting great deals. Also, Julia's mom and step dad went to a movie while we shopped, so I had her mom get me a refill on her popcorn, which was delicious. I ended up buying new hoodies, jeans, and even taco bell. In conclusion, I'm very happy with the purchases I made over break.

The pit of my break was not being able to open presents Christmas morning. First, my brother was going to stay home and celebrate Christmas with our mom. Then he decides, at the last minute, to go to his dad's and open presents there Christmas morning. So instead we waited to open all the presents when he got home, which was six o'clock at night. In conclusion, this isn't the worst thing that could've happened, but I sure hope it doesn't happen again.

Dear Ryan Farquhar,

Though I love you with all of my heart, you have an addiction to pizza rolls. First of all, I feel they are getting in the way of our relationship. It's not my fault I'm not pizza filled and you can't dip me in ranch. Furthermore, you're going to end up on 'My 600 lb Life' if you don't cool it. In conclusion, please take this all into consideration and break it off now with the pizza rolls before it's too late.

     1. The peak of my break was being able to wake up on Christmas morning. I love receiving all my presents. I received money, games, and clothes. I like going bed earlier on Christmas Eve to wake up on Christmas wide awake. Last but not least I love waking up to Christmas breakfast. That is the best thing about Christmas.

      2. The pit of my break was not having snow this year for this years Christmas. I wasn't able to drift in my back yard with my truck. Secondly i wasn't able to snowboard at all this year so far. I haven't been able to be pulled on a sled by a motorized vehicle.

     3. Dear Mitchell Keith, your peak and my peak of our breaks are very similar about waking up on Christmas and opening gifts.

1) The peak of my break was going to see Star Wars: The Force Awakens. First, my parents wanted to surprise me with it, so they said that we were going to a party hosted by my mom's boss. However, it ended up back firing on them because I was on my fourth straight hour ofStar Wars: Battlefront and I did not want to leave my room. Consequently, my dad finally convinced me that there will be girls (and food) at the party. I was overwhelmed with a feeling of shock and awe when we pulled into the theater parking lot. So in conclusion, the best part of my break was getting a surprise viewing of the new Star Wars movie.

2) The pit of my break was watching my cousins. First off, My 3rd cousins, along with their parents which are my second cousins where staying at my aunt's house next door. Subsequently, I awoke every morning for the next three days with a knock on our door followed by my cousins pestering me to play my Plaaystation 4. Also, they would fight amongst themselves and come to me with every little problem they had. Therefore, watching my cousins was the pit of my break.

3) Dear Brenden,

I too went to go see Star Wars: The Force Awaken. First, I'm a little bit jealous that you got to see it in IMAX. Furthermore, I don't have a brother, but I do have roughly 60 great uncles, great aunts, cousins, second cousins and third cousins that I only get to see at Christmas time, and I know how it feels to finally catch up with family after long periods of time. Finally, it seems that you had a very good break and that you got to see your brother after quite a while, which must have meant a lot to you.

In conclusion New Years Eve was the peek of my break because I get to see people that I never get to see.

The pit of my break was the weather. First, there was no snow. It was 50 degrees on Christmas. My family ended up having a bonfire. Secondly, scene it was so worm out it didn't even feel like Christmas.
