It is designed to make getting started quick and easy, with the ability to scale up to complex applications.   • Scalable. I would argue more scalable than monoliths if using modern methods. Today, applications are often running in containers or using cloud computing with auto-scaling. Applications do not typically “scale” themselves. The infrastructure scales. With a smaller application, it's easier to deploy instances across thousands of server easily to handle increased traffic/load. That’s part of the reason why Pinterest needed to migrate from Django to Flask as they grew to support more of a microservices pattern.
  • Simpler Development. If you understand Python well, then you’ll be able to move around and contribute to a Flask application pretty easily. It’s less opinionated so fewer standards to learn.
  • Flexibility. There are very few parts of Flask that cannot be easily and safely altered because of its simplicity and minimality.
Disadvantages:

  • Not standardized. On the flip side of being simpler, it’s not very opinionated. A Python developer without Flask experience will get adjusted to a Flask application quicker than a Python developer without Django experience would get adjusted to a Django application. But Django is building up a large group of talent who knows the framework very well. A Python developer with Django experience will get adjusted to a new Django app quicker than a Python developer with Flask experience would get adjusted to a large Flask application.
  • Bad developers will write worse code. I like to assume that companies are not hiring “bad developers”, but in the case that you have a younger developer training or used to have developers contributing lower quality code, then it will amplify the bad code. It’s easier to draw within the lines of a large, standardized framework like Django.

  • It’s free! You can use right away after signing up at Trello.
  • You can use trello on any size of the screen. Its interface is much more different from other services. Trello looks like an App, not a site.
  • Real-time updates are amazingly fast! Almost right away!
  • A board for a project and you can see all the items on one page.
  • Creating issues and assigned someone to those issues are simple and easy.
  • Adding a new member is easy. You can not only add an existing user to your board but also invite new users by type in emails.
Cons:

  • No Gantt (project bar chart)
  • Can’t write documents or wiki about boards, only simple description.

Pros

  • Easy to draw the mind maps. Nice colors, elegant looking.
  • This tool was super easy to learn, very easy to put together flow charts and diagrams. Using the free version
  • Links to google docs/drive. Free and premium versions are equally useful. Endless mapping size. Zoom, reorganize with ease.

Cons

  • Its difficult to manage longer notes in MindMup
  • Can take a while to load but not super slow or anything like that.
  • You can not arrange object with custome lines. It has its own curved line that adjust itself accounding to objecs position.

Cons

  • Administrative module of the software does not include the features of project templates and scheduling.
  • Unlike some alternatives, Collabtive does not feature a separate module for task management.

  • Everything is easy. I use this tool with my team and my own to schedule myself.
  • What I like the most about MeisterTask is the ease of use. Very easy to upload a task.
  • I really like the management of the project and the ease to use interface. Really intuitive.

Cons

  • I didn't have any inconveniences that I can remember right now. It all just worked from the beginning.
  • Nothing I can think of. It is greatly balanced for the free plan and reasonably priced for premium plans.
  • At the moment I do not have anything to complain. This may come after a few more months.
