-I think my examples worked well. I felt like they were different and connected to my claim well. In contrast, I think I could´ve elaborated more on the examples as well as lit crit.
-In this process, I learned that I have trouble thinking of ideas for projects without a clear layout, but this experience allowed me to work on that.
-If I could do it over, I probably would´ve done a different layout (other than canva) that was more exciting than just a powerpoint. Some of the people in my class made really creative things, which made me realize I could´ve been more creative.
-I´m proud of my short story example because I think it fits really well with my claim. The reason I´m proud of it is because it was really difficult to find short stories that actually aligned with my claim.

Throughout the story, examples of vampirism are displayed. For example, the treatment that Gregor´s father gives Gregor. Gregor´s conditions are not Gregor´s fault, yet his father treats him like it is entirely. He acts as though Gregor is a burden to the family and figuatively sucks the life out of him, eventually leading to his ultimate demise.

After finishing the story, I feel very aggravated and upset. Gregor´s family almost never treated him as family, even though he died. Even though his state was extremely unfortunate, his father never seemed to care that Gregor´s human form was gone. Overall I wish it had ended happier, however, I feel like the end was symbolic in many ways. Gregor´s human form was only seen as useful for his work, so when he became a bug, he was useless to everyone.
