During my recent visit to the park, I observed children running and playing, rustling leaves, dog barking and many more. As I sat on the bench, I couldn't help but smile, nostalgically reminiscing about the games of my childhood that I used to play with my friends in the park behind my house. One of our favorite games involved choosing a color and having the other children find it in the park within 10 seconds. If they were unsuccessful, they were considered “out”. This game beautifully reflects the Reggio Emilia approach, which regards the environment as a "third teacher" and emphasizes the profound influence of a nurturing environment on a child's learning journey (O’Brien, 2023).

The use of a soundscape can significantly enrich the learning experience of children in early childhood education settings. As I entered the park, which is just near my house, the first thing I saw was that the park was filled with many people. I smelled fresh grass and the faint scent of flowers.I sat on the bench and was able to hear a mixture of sounds: children screaming and laughing while playing, adults talking, dogs barking, birds chirping. These movements added to the sense of liveliness and energy in the park. Also it was interesting to watch that how some parents wanted to go home, but their weren’t ready and were focused on playing. The weather was sunny and windy, and I was able to hear the rustling of the leaves very clearly. I immersed myself in the vibrant atmosphere. I usually like sunny weather because it makes me feel cheerful and excited. I sat there, enjoying the warmth on my skin from the sun. When it comes to dramatic play, children enjoy creating their imaginative worlds and exploring the natural environment. This provides them with endless opportunities to develop their storytelling skills. Additionally, dramatic play helps children develop important social skills. While engaging in dramatic play, children interact with each other, share their ideas, create their own stories. I vividly recall a time from my childhood when I loved pretending to be a princess.So, I would grab a branch and imagine it as a magical wand, then spend hours playing with it while pretending to be a princess and doing magics around me.
