Acknowledging that crime
causes injury to people and communities, it insists that justice repair those injuries and that the parties be permitted to
participate in that process. Restorative justice programs, therefore, enable the victim, the offender and affected members
of the community to be directly involved in responding to the crime. They become central to the criminal justice process, with governmental and legal professionals serving as facilitators of a system that aims at offender accountability, reparation to the victim and full participation by the victim, offender and community. The restorative process of involving

In Education intervention is use as a mean of correcting a students behavior. Restorative Justice has been adopted in the educational systems by several schools to help with disciplinary issues. Restorative Justice helps resolve and repair the problem in a cooperative way that involves the participation of all those who were involved rather than focusing the problem just on one individual. This practice analyzes the harm. why it was caused, needs and obligations. After constructive solutions are formulated that involve all stakeholders that can help repair and assist with intervention and resolve the existing problem.
