    The most private means of communication on Telegram is theoretically ’Secret Chats’ as they are designed with end-to-end-encryption for the people in the conversation to read and respond to. The data of Secret Chats are not stored on Telegram’s servers and hence cannot be retrieved by Telegram or synced across each user’s devices; the data will only be stored on the devices that the secret chats have been started on.
