Kökleri geleneklerimiz ve dünümüz içinde, gövdesi ve dalları bu köklerden beslenerek bugünümüze ve yarınlarımıza uzanmaktadır. Temel insani özelliklerimizi oluşturan değerlerimiz, hayatımızın rutin akışında ve karşılaştığımız sorunlarla başa çıkmada eyleme geçmemizi sağlayan kudretin ve gücün kaynağıdır.

 “Öğretim programlarında yer alan “kök değerler” şunlardır: adalet, dostluk, dürüstlük, öz denetim, sabır, saygı, sevgi, sorumluluk, vatanseverlik, yardımseverlik. Bu değerler, öğrenme öğretme sürecinde hem kendi başlarına, hem ilişkili olduğu alt değerlerle ve hem de öteki kök değerlerle birlikte ele alınarak hayat bulacaktır.”

Adı geçen tüm bu kök değerlerimiz; ayrı başlık halinde konu edilmeden ama projenin her aşamasında ve her etkinliğimizde sürecin nihai gayesi ve ruhu olarak yer almıştır.

       Türkiye Yeterlilikler Çerçevesinde (TYÇ) sekiz anahtar yetkinlik belirlemekte ve projemizde aşağıdaki gibi yansıtılmıştır:

1) Anadilde iletişim: : Kavram, düşünce, görüş, duygu ve olguları hem sözlü hem de yazılı olarak ifade etme ve yorumlama (dinleme, konuşma, okuma ve yazma); eğitim ve öğretim, iş yeri, ev ve eğlence gibi her türlü sosyal ve kültürel bağlamda uygun ve yaratıcı bir şekilde dilsel etkileşimde bulunmaktır.

yüz yüze ya da sanal toplantılarda kendini ifade edebilme . yabancı dil becerilerini geliştirebilmenin anadillerine hakim olmaktan kaynaklandığını farkedebilmek. 

2) Yabancı dillerde iletişim: Çoğunlukla ana dilde iletişimin temel beceri boyutlarını paylaşmakta olup duygu, düşünce, kavram, olgu ve görüşleri hem sözlü hem de yazılı olarak kişinin istek ve ihtiyaçlarına göre eğitim, öğretim, iş yeri, ev ve eğlence gibi uygun bir dizi sosyal ve kültürel bağlamda anlama, ifade etme ve yorumlama becerisine dayalıdır. Yabancı dillerde iletişim, aracılık etme ve kültürlerarası anlayış becerilerini de gerektirmektedir.

3) Matematiksel yetkinlik ve bilim/teknolojide temel yetkinlikler: Matematiksel yetkinlik, günlük hayatta karşılaşılan bir dizi problemi çözmek için matematiksel düşünme tarzını geliştirme ve uygulamadır. Sağlam bir aritmetik becerisi üzerine inşa edilen süreç, faaliyet ve bilgiye vurgu yapılmaktadır. Matematiksel yetkinlik, düşünme (mantıksal ve uzamsal düşünme) ve sunmanın (formüller, modeller, kurgular, grafikler ve tablolar) matematiksel modlarını farklı derecelerde kullanma beceri ve isteğini içermektedir. Bilimde yetkinlik, soruları tanımlamak ve kanıta dayalı sonuçlar üretmek amacıyla doğal dünyanın açıklanmasına yönelik bilgi varlığına ve metodolojiden yararlanma beceri ve arzusuna atıfta bulunmaktadır. Teknolojide yetkinlik, algılanan insan istek ve ihtiyaçlarını karşılama bağlamında bilgi ve 6 metodolojinin uygulanması olarak görülmektedir. Bilim ve teknolojide yetkinlik, insan etkinliklerinden kaynaklanan değişimleri ve her bireyin vatandaş olarak sorumluluklarını kavrama gücünü kapsamaktadır.

4) Dijital yetkinlik: : : İş, günlük hayat ve iletişim için bilgi iletişim teknolojilerinin güvenli ve eleştirel şekilde kullanılmasını kapsar. Söz konusu yetkinlik, bilgiye erişim ve bilginin değerlendirilmesi, saklanması, üretimi, sunulması ve alışverişi için bilgisayarların kullanılması ayrıca internet aracılığıyla ortak ağlara katılım sağlanması ve iletişim kurulması gibi temel beceriler yoluyla desteklenmektedir. (Web 2.0 araçlarını araştırmaları, etkinliklerimize uygun olanları belirlemeleri ve kullanmaları. ) 

5) Öğrenmeyi öğrenme: Bireyin kendi öğrenme eylemini etkili zaman ve bilgi yönetimini de kapsayacak şekilde bireysel olarak veya grup hâlinde düzenleyebilmesi için öğrenmenin peşine düşme ve bu konuda ısrarcı olma

6) Sosyal ve vatandaşlıkla ilgili yetkinlikler: bireylerin farklılaşan toplum ve çalışma hayatına etkili ve yapıcı biçimde katılmalarına imkân tanıyacak; gerektiğinde çatışmaları çözecek özelliklerle donatılmasını sağlayan tüm davranış biçimlerini kapsayan bu yetkinliği 

öğrencilerimizde Karma Ülke Takımlarıyla geliştirmeye çalıştık.

7) İnisiyatif alma ve girişimcilik: Yaratıcılık, yenilik ve risk almanın yanında hedeflere ulaşmak için planlama yapma ve proje yönetme yeteneğini ifade eden bu yetkinlik başlı başına bir projede yer alma ve yürütme becerisini içermektedir.

Projede tabanlı öğrenme  içerisinde oldukları için; tüm öğrencilerimizin, sürecin sonucu olarak kazandıkları yetkinlik olmuştur.

8) Kültürel farkındalık ve ifade: çeşitli kitle iletişim araçları kullanılarak görüş, deneyim ve duyguların yaratıcı bir şekilde ifade edilmesinin öneminin takdiri olarak açıklayabileceğimiz bu yetkinliği ise

 ( Mart Dünya Kadınlar Günü etkinliğimizde kazandırmaya çalıştık.

1.2. PERSPECTIVE OF TEACHING PROGRAMS

The main purpose of our education system is to raise individuals with knowledge, skills and behaviors integrated with our values ​​and competencies.

At all stages of our project, we tried to direct our students towards this goal.

1.2.1. Our Values

        Our values ​​are the sum of the principles that form the perspective of the curriculum. Its roots are in our traditions and our past, its trunk and branches are fed from these roots and reach our today and tomorrow. Our values, which constitute our basic human characteristics, are the source of the power and power that enables us to take action in the routine flow of our lives and in coping with the problems we face.

 “The “root values” in the curriculum are: justice, friendship, honesty, self-control, patience, respect, love, responsibility, patriotism, helpfulness. These values ​​will come to life both on their own, with the associated sub-values ​​and with other root values ​​in the learning and teaching process.

All these root values ​​mentioned above are; It has been included as the ultimate goal and spirit of the process, without being discussed as a separate topic, but at every stage of the project and in every activity.

1.2.2. Competencies

       Eight key competencies are identified in the Turkish Qualifications Framework (TQF) and are reflected in our project as follows:

1) Communication in mother tongue: Expressing and interpreting concepts, thoughts, opinions, feelings and facts both orally and in writing (listening, speaking, reading and writing); To engage in linguistic interaction appropriately and creatively in all social and cultural contexts, such as education and training, the workplace, home and entertainment.

2) Communication in foreign languages: It mostly shares the basic skill dimensions of communication in the mother tongue, and a set of emotions, thoughts, concepts, facts and opinions, both verbally and in writing, according to the wishes and needs of the person, such as education, training, workplace, home and entertainment. It is based on the ability to understand, express and interpret in a cultural and cultural context. Communication in foreign languages ​​also requires the skills of mediation and intercultural understanding.

3) Mathematical competence and core competences in science/technology: Mathematical competence is the development and application of mathematical thinking to solve a range of problems encountered in daily life. Emphasis is placed on process, activity and knowledge built on a solid arithmetic skill. Mathematical competence includes the ability and willingness to use mathematical modes of thinking (logical and spatial thinking) and presentation (formulas, models, constructs, graphs and tables) to varying degrees. Competence in science refers to the availability of knowledge and the ability and desire to leverage methodology to explain the natural world in order to define questions and produce evidence-based conclusions. Competence in technology is seen as the application of knowledge and methodologies in the context of meeting perceived human wants and needs. Competence in science and technology encompasses the ability to grasp the changes resulting from human activities and the responsibilities of each individual as a citizen.

4) Digital competence: : : Covers the safe and critical use of information and communication technologies for business, daily life and communication. This competence is supported through basic skills such as using computers to access and evaluate information, store, produce, present and exchange information, as well as participate in common networks and communicate via the Internet. (Research Web 2.0 tools, identify and use the appropriate ones for our activities.)

5) Learning to learn: Pursuing and insisting on learning so that the individual can organize his/her learning action individually or in groups, including effective time and knowledge management.

6) Social and civic competences: enable individuals to participate effectively and constructively in the differentiated society and work life; This competency, which covers all forms of behavior, which enables them to be equipped with features to resolve conflicts when necessary.

7) Initiative and entrepreneurship: Creativity, innovation and risk taking, as well as planning and proactiveness to achieve goals.
