During these trying times, I learned that no matter the situation is if you want to accomplish something you’ll do it despite of hardships. Yes, it is exhausting to the point that motivation will no longer exist. However, if you see and think the reality of life.. there are so many ways and reasons to move forward.

Being consistent in life especially in turning your words into actions will make our life more easier than before. Following my everyday routine, doing my school works on time, talking with friends, sleep on time and many more. Being consistent in small actions will lead you to a great progress.

Online class is tiring, I can’t imagine that I already spent my two terms via online. I am still hoping that everything is gonna go back to normal. If online class is exhausting, what more the government? There are so many dilemmas nowadays and I don’t think there are concrete solutions provided. Especially this time my father and my two brithers tested positive (Covid19) I don’t know what to say, I am preoccupied on what is happening.

I'm taking 8 subjects this term, all of which are my program's subjects, I only have one ge subject. I learned to be more organized with my sched and make a priority list. Because accomplishing these subjects while having org activities is no easy task.

I hope that face-to-face classes will happen this year. I'm having a hard time maintaining my grades, my motivation and org responsibilities. Sometimes I can't finish the workload and ends up having a mental breakdown. I also think that I'm having burnout which I've never experienced during f2f classes.

We are all adjusting to online classes even now and it is really difficult with all the issues but one thing that kept me busy from the reality is to create art. I think our term break consists only a week, making it quite impossible for other Benildeans to equip themselves with the right materials. It's honestly hard to shift our mindsets to online learning, because one's space has to be changed into an effective workspace.

I think it’s still a bit unfair for the students to be expected to function in the full online term as if it’s face to face because I think this online terms should be longer due to uncertain circumstances (example: the extended ecq) where the deadlines are the same and we cannot keep up.

I think that the term break should be longer because of the situation we're currently in. Also, it is for the students to have that time to breath from the overwhelming academic activities. I know that this is the system we had before but we have to understand that everything changed because of the pandemic and we must also prioritize the well being of the students and the faculty members.

Despite enrolling more units for this term and having more "difficult" profs, I am able to properly manage my time for projects via my Reminders app. Wasn't perfect at managing it since I still submit late in some of my projects/assignments, but at least I am able to get most of my work done. :)

I really wish we could return to face-to-face classes. When it comes to f2f, I can be more hand-on in learning stuff, my academic performance won't rely on mere compliance to submit, I get to separate school and home life, and I get to do f2f prods in SPOT.

Though, I do understand that it's not safe yet to do f2f classes due to COVID-19 still being out there. So, maybe some sort of acad break would be helpful while we're still in this online setting. Both a week-long break during this ECQ, and for the succeeding online term/s a 3-day–ish break wherein sync classes and assignments are suspended/postponed. I think that would really help lots of people who are struggling in their acads, mental health and effects of the pandemic.
