i think the workshop we had with keiron was really good as he told us the experiences he's had and it was really good to see the progress of his videos from when he was at college to now. i took some inspiration from his videos i thought some of the locations he uses are really interesting and i think they would go well with the right songs. he also gave us useful information about the procedure you have to go through to film in certain locations such as contacting the local council and getting clearance forms.

Brendan's Camera presentation this is where we were shown the was different cameras work on a mechanical level, the way the aperture works inside the camera was interesting, and being able to understand it will help with working on the depth of field of each shot.

The second workshop had given us options as to what music we could use to produce a music video too. The third and final workshop was beneficial for me since it became really technical and contained a lot of technological literacies which I understood and took a real interest in.It was beneficial because it could be a possible job role I would obtain during the production

Firstly we had a meeting with some music students to discuss their ideas for the video and their style. We talked about what music videos they enjoy to view and their own style that they want to put across. Then we were shown their songs that they would like to hopefully process into the video so we could see if it would be viable.

Afterwards we had Kieron Boothe talk about his music videos and his experiences with the corse. We discussed the creative process and he gave the group some helpful tips on filming.

Lastly Brendan showed us the various different cameras that could be used for our shoot and the importance of the settings used. It was interesting to see the effects of shutter speed and depth of field, which could be used for our own production.
