1 - How did u overcome your fear of heights during rapelling? If you didnt, what smaller steps can you try before you attempt such a sport again?

2 - Using what you learn at low elements, how will you bring back teamwork and cover for each other constructively as a squad?

3 - In the future when the sec ones join us, how do you want go contribute to their growth as a senior cadet in the CCA?

i learned how to communicate and work with my team better and had fun

I overcomes my fear of heights by taking a deep breath and try not to look down

I could use the teamwork learned in low elements in PDS/FSD or when working with my other part mates

I could maybe give them some advice

1) I focused on the movement of my feet and listened to the instructor's encouragement

2) I could use the teamwork that i learnt in group projects or apply it to team bonding activities

3) I can encourage them to further communicate with each other to know each other better

I did not go on the high rappelling wall. In the future, I can try to do it on a lower level and slowly increase the height.
I can communicate better and try to listen more so that a group will easily do things without misunderstanding or confusion.
When the Sec 1s join us, I want to teach them whatever they have to learn beforehand and whatever they will learn in the future so that they will have a better understanding of the CCA.

Wasn't that scared at first, i was just scared that the rope man couldn't do his thing and help me. I just trusted them that they could save me.
I just needed everyone to cooperate with one another to balance the balance board.
I could work on being a good role model that shows that strength doesn't matter as long as you try their best

1. I was only little afraid of the repelling but i overcame it by being tenacious and just trying it,in the end i managed to complete it.

2.i learnt to work as a team and balance on the balance beam and trust each other

I plan to teach them the drill they dont remember and help them with their queries

1) I wasn’t scare but I could try to release the rope faster

2)I could try and get everyone on the same page to ensure smooth coordination between part mates.

3)Just be a role model and correct their mistakes.

i learnt that maybe next time , i need to push myself out of my comfort zone to challenge myself better.

i think i need to learn to communicate better with people i don’t know well. i am able to communicate with my fellow ncc mates from tk as we have gone through tak trainings together and share a stronger bond. however, it took longer for me to communicate with the ncc mates from other schools which resulted in some problems as we did not communicate as efficiently as possible.

when the part a’s come, i will make sure to encourage them as just because they cannot do something right then and there, they can learn to improve and i should not be too harsh to them
