TESS, I'm so glad to have been able to meet you this quarter! I’ve already told you this but you bring such great energy to the team and I don't think DMV would be the same without you. I think I was really nervous about being a part of DMV and meeting new people, but you really helped with that, also thanks for giving me the nickname mac and cheese LOL, I feel like it made people more willing to talk to me :). I’m going to miss you >:( but we better find ways to keep in touch!! (invite me to VSU stuff & i’ll bring you to Foundations stuff)

TESSY BESSY. I won't write too much because I'm sure we still have plenty of time together so I don't feel the need to write a goodbye letter.

I really appreciate your energy ms girl and the fact that I have someone in the team that matches my energy. Especially when the room is slowly dying and both of us are just screaming at each other💀.

I hope you and Jack are doing good, I know you have a lot of anxiety around that topic but if you ever need me, I'll be here for you. For whatever it is, I'll be there for you ms girl. Although, I know that we still are new around each other and I know there'll probably be things you don't want to talk to me about. But even still, I'll be here.

That being said, I appreciate that I can hang out with you through the highs and lows of our problems. I can be happy around you and I can also be sad and open and I appreciate that I have a friend here in UCLA who I can trust in that way.

YeaYuhhhhh Tess! I have no clue how all that hyper energy comes out of you. Pretty much after stretches I’m beat and wanna sleeeeepppp. Honestly, glad you took a break from vsu and danced with us! I mean dancing is supposed to be fun so in the grand scheme of things, just do what you are most comfortable with.
I kinda wrote smth similar to Jack, but that couples piece you two performed is one of the best gifts I could have got. It really helped me see a life that could have been before I finally had to let go…
It really is such a rare opportunity to dance with someone you like and perform on stage, it’s as if you two were in a world of your own. Honestly, I could see how hard Jack has been working to polish that couples piece.
Regardless, always make decisions that are best for you and for your own happiness. You are such a great dancer so keep following your passion!!!

TESS you absolute chaotic ball of energy. I am so glad to have met you this quarter because you are genuinely one of the coolest, most hype women, really good dancer. (I can't function anymore my brain is dying) but you energy is so contagious and everyone on the team felt it, you always brought us up when everyone else was dead tired.You also were a part of VSU?! like on top of school. that's absolutely insane to me and I respect that so much. You are such a good dancer Tess and I love watching you perform because its literally captivating. Hey Tess!! I just wanted to let you know how influential you are to this team and the deep impression you’ve made on me. You really inspire me to be a better dancer, as your moves are always so cool--but you also inspired me to really have fun and express myself while dancing, because you always seem so free, beautiful and expressive when you dance. I can tell how much you enjoy it, and it really makes me desire to feel that passion towards dancing. I’ve never mentioned this to you before, but I always thought you were so beautiful--and when you dance, and move so fluidly, your beauty is only made more transparent through the emotion and rawness of your movements. Even though we didn’t talk too much this quarter, I hope to get to know you better because I really enjoyed the time we spent on the roof together, and I appreciate all the times where I’ve seen how fun and vibrant you are.

My 3rd favorite testicle!!! (gotta be partial to my boys ya know). Anyway, I’m really happy you joined team so last minute because you’ve brought me so much joy these last couple weeks. You remind the rest of us that we don’t have to be so dead inside. No matter how tiring the practice or how early the sunrise, I feel like you’re just still there, jumping up and down, going ‘LETS FREAKING DO THIS!! YEAAhAAHAHA”. Your energy is infectious and this team wouldn’t have had HALF the fun & excitement if you weren’t there to start the party.

I also really admire how kind you are and how much compassion you share with everyone around you! Thanks for being so on top of LSHIP gifts and for streamlining the process for everyone! Maybe don’t light yourself on fire to keep others warm (AND LET US FREAKING PAY YOU MONEY OH MY GEEZIES) but the world would sincerely be a kinder place if we all put the same energy into our relationships that you put into literally every single person that you meet. I’m so happy that you decided at the last minute to join AND you managed to get yourself onto the best fam. You are such a ball of sunshine. You are so dedicated to everything you do, so selfless and always put others before yourself. I am so so happy to have you on the team because DMV would literally not be the same without you. No matter how much you have going on in your life, you never fail to bring a smile to everyone’s face.
I am pretty sure everyone already tell you how great of a dancer you are but your personality is what makes the most lovable person ever.
I love the way you take care of people around you and how you always hype them up. Not only that you have so much energy all the time, you share it with others as well.
I will miss following your footsteps in the opener, doing silly things and screaming at the top of my lungs to cheer the team up with you. I refuse to believe that I will not see you again after banquet. This cannot be the end of us so I guess I’ll see you around!

Hey you! Wow, what an insane quarter it’s been. Like you always say, I can’t believe only like a month ago I had no idea who you were. Crazy how that happens, huh? I am so happy that I found you on this team. The sheer amount of things that lined up in order for us to meet is bizarre. If I had decided to stay with Arnold for the couples' piece OR if you had not even decided to join DMV, we may never have interacted the same! But now, memories of slow dancing at 3 AM, making you food even though you didn’t wanna bother me, and KICKING ASS at the couples piece, are all core memories I will now cherish for the rest of my life. Thank you so much for being patient with my ass as I slowly learned the couples’ piece. I felt an immense amount of pressure being the center couple, but having you there helping me out and giving me lil tips made it so much more manageable. WE had chemistry that would make any premed QUIVER! You are such a kind and thoughtful person, and you should give yourself way more credit for it. You have helped me so much in healing things I never knew I needed to be healed. And I hope that I have been able to do the same for you. I came into foundations thinking I would just be chilling, listening to tea happening around me, being a simple bystander. But now I wouldn’t change a thing. Thank you for being the perfect you, Tess. Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise. You are worth every ounce of love and effort that people put into you. Tess, I earnestly have the most to write about you out of everybody on the team. But here’s the thing - we have a very special relationship where I feel like we emotionally get each other on a very unique level, so as a result of this our communication has been incredibly open. So many of the things I love about you are things I’ve told you about at great length over our chats, and they are things I will continue to tell you over and over and over again until you figure out a way to retain that you deserve the WORLD. I will try give you as much of it as I can. You’re the most beautiful soul ever (that’s my bestie in a tessieeee) and I don’t think i’ve ever met anyone quite like you in my life—this has been one of the most lucky relationships I’ve had the pleasure of discovering in not just my UCLA experience, but my life. Tess you’re fucking goated. Like I said on that rooftop, you’re genuinely one of the most unique and crazy people I’ve ever met. Like I can genuinely say that I’ve never met anyone with the same energy. Honestly I was afraid to talk to you that first day you walked into office hours because I was scared it’d be awkward because of the hinge interaction but I’m very glad I offered to teach you the choreography. From the first practice all the way to the last you were the literal heartbeat of the team. You always brought the energy, and precisely for that reason I would want someone like you on any team of mine. I feel like you are always questioning whether you are valued in spaces, whether that be with dance, with men (ew), or with roommates. Know that you are valued and know your own fucking value too. Anyways, I’m glad you were able to enjoy dance as much you did this quarter, and I’m really looking forward to seeing your growth this coming quarter and throughout the next year and beyond. I’m always here as a dance resource and a friend, and let me know if you want any tips to train anytime cuz I’m rooting for u to make sama next year hehe (pls try out). HI TESSY! I’m literally writing this right after I had gogobop with you lol. I think I’ve already told you a lot during the quarter but thank you so much for joining DMV. At first when you joined I was a little leery because we weren’t technically supposed to take you but it was allowed cuz nepotism lmfao. But it was a great decision that we did because I would not have survived the quarter without you. Anytime I was super depressed or just tired in general watching you be a crackhead gave me energy to survive the practice or the day or whatever was going on. And I really mean it when I say that without that infusion of energy I would’ve burnt out of the quarter and not been able to finish. So I’m very very grateful that you joined. Because you are such an encouraging, fun person to be around and I know stuff hasn’t worked out relationships wise but I hope that you know that even if you don’t have a romantic interest you have friends that love you a lot and that you bring so much to any relationship. Ok that’s a little too soft for me but anyways thank you tess for being on DMV. You are a fantastic dancer and I’m sure that no matter what team you are on later whether you join sama or stay on vsu they are lucky to have you.
