         <description><![CDATA[<div>Rule #1 reminds us that we are the drivers of our bus and that we have the choice on how to react and who to let on our bus and impact our ride. This applies to many of the blocks of the school performance pyramid. Challenging the staff is a good one to point out because it will allow the leaders to see who is on their bus and we can help them see they need to make sure the right people are on THEIR bus.
