Specific: My specific goal for this term is to get a final letter grade of A+ on my report card.

Measurable: I can measure this using the PRF as it will help in tracking my grades and what percentage my grades are at currently. It will also show what specific topics I have trouble with.

Attainable: I think that this goal is possible because for the past few years and terms, my math grades have always been high but I have never reached A+. Despite this, I believe that if I put in more effort and time into my drills and practices, then I will be able to achieve this goal of mine.

Relevant: I think that this goal is important because I have been chasing this dream of mine ever since the start of Grade 9. Therefore, I think it is a difficult but still achievable goal which will motivate me try my absolute best. It will also allow me to experience great satisfaction because I have been chasing this goal for so long.

Time-Bound: I think that I can achieve this goal by the end of the term as long as I give it my all and never slack off. My ideal time limit is by the end of the second term but even if I do not get it by this term, I can make an allowance for myself and stretch the time limit to the end of the third term. I am doing this because I want to at least. build my self-discipline before entering Senior High School.

Judging from my performance this term, I am not fully satisfied with my results. I think that I did not give my all for this term and that I could have done a lot more. I say this because I did not review the topics enough in my free time. I tried to maintain my values from the SMART goals but my efforts were still not enough.

Measurable: I think that this part of my goal was achieved because I kept track of my progress using the PRF all through out the term.

Attainable: I think that this part of my goal is also achieved because although my efforts were not enough, I still came close to my goal which shows that if I put in a little more effort, I will be able to get A+.

Relevant: I think that this part of my goal was achieved because I still long for the feeling of satisfaction of getting A+ and I feel like it will also help me in the future.

Time-Bound: I think this part of my goal was also achieved because my goal would have been completed if I only gave more effort into my studies.

The most challenging task for me this term was Quiz 5. I found this the most challenging because I overthought majority of the questions as I kept looking too deep into the details on every question. Although, I have found a solution for this problem. I have learned from this mistake to always keep things simple and while I should pay attention to detail, I should never overthink it. Despite knowing this, it is quite difficult to achieve because once I take a quiz, I start panicking and losing my composure because I want to get every single question correct. Though in the end, I will always try my best.

I think one misconception is imaginary numbers. The following are the confusing parts of imaginary numbers.

It is often thought that imaginary numbers that they are never whole numbers but this is only a misconception because exponents can make it a whole number.

Another misconception about imaginary numbers is that they should not be part of the zeroes but they could actually be part of the solution set of functions and equations.

I learned to get used to doing imaginary numbers correctly by doing numerous exercises on it as it may seem like a complicated topic but it is actually quite easy once you get the hang of it.

I think that my best work for this term is Quiz 4 because I got a perfect score on it. I think this differs from my other works because I was very nervous about the topic so I studied a lot and once I saw my score, I truly felt very accomplished and that all my hard work had paid off. It really helps me to see how much I can achieve when I give it my all and it also motivates me to do even better in the future.

In the AA, I had to work together with my group in other to tackle the brand new and confusing topic and we all had to come to one decision on the final answer for each question. This required us to have good group synergy and to always have patience to explain the solution to someone who does not get it. This helped me build my ability to take initiatives and always believe in my solutions despite the uncertainties. Since the topic was also unknown at the time, we had no idea on what to do so we had to get creative and use our own logic in order to figure out the area and volume of objects. This taught me how to use my logic and incorporate it into mathematic equations.
