I need to be more intentional about giving specific easy to access strategies.
2. Some of the mini-lesson strategies from the resource, The Writing Strategies Book.
3. My colleagues; Adam does a great job of reeling me back in from the clouds I tend to exist in when planning a lesson.

I have been saying, and it has been affirmed: My students and I need a reset and a reestablishment of our goals, expectations, and agreements for our classes. Students can follow "the way workshop works" and can meet the expectations -- as can I -- but we need to choose to do so and encourage each other to do so.
2. I am excited to try that again and give the students a chance to amaze me.
3.
