First, I will be panic. But I have to control that, keep calm, and be patient. Don’t forget to asking for help to your friend, and explain what happened. Or we find out the way to fix the problem. In this case I learned that I have to do my assignment long before the due date. And than, I have to backups my data because its so important.

Case 2 :

Actually i will be mad. But i have to be more patient and talk to them about why they're not active. The point is i have to communicated with them to find out the way this problem can be solved.

I will reflect on myself and think on how this problem will never ever happen again in the future. Also ask for help from someone who could fix the file that becomes corrupted.

Case 2

Give him/her a task to do so he/she could be more contributing in the group work and help him/her if they have any problems. If they don’t want to do the task then I will be asked why they don’t want to do the task and find a win-win solution from this problem.

Case 2
being open to friends by giving advice that maybe our friends don't understand so they are less active in responding to the work of their group and invite them to work together in order to understand their work together.
