Proteins are polymers – specifically polypeptides – formed from sequences of amino acids, the monomers of the polymer. Amino acids are organic compounds made of carbon, nitrogen, hydrogen, oxygen and sulfur. Protein structures range in size from tens to several thousand amino acids.</div>]]></description>

They assist in the growth and repair of tissue (muscle) in the body. In fact, plant-based proteins (such as common soy proteins) and low-fat dairy products for vegetarians are ideal sources of high quality protein<br><br><br>It's often thought that protein powder will affect my kidney system but the fact that the protein in the natural diet and protein powder is eventually digested and absorbed by the body is metabolized through the liver and kidneys, but it doesn't put extra stress on it. In particular, the high quality protein in protein powder is easier to be absorbed by the human body than the natural protein, and the pressure on the liver and kidney is smaller.<br><br></div>]]></description>
