Nevertheless, if I were to answer based on my perception and how I viewed both the brain and the computer, I would say computers manipulate the most for the most part for most individuals in the modern era. To rationalize my notion, I would give an example of an inductive reasoning.
If you were to see a certain post regarding something or some issues breaking on the internet, subconsciously, you would create a presumed conclusion in your mind despite of lacking of the information you gathered. AS a matter of course, you were being manipulated by the computer. You would believe the norm in some ways for the most part regardless of them being false or not.
                  Whereas on the other hand, I'm not implying to censure the brain because as we all know, we use our brain when we think and create ideas. Nonetheless, without the computer in this topic, there wouldn't be an argument over which manipulates the most. Because it is pretty much obvious that computer is the logical answer.
                      In conclusion, computer manipulates the brain because its function is to think and ponder.
