It is a comedic detective show. It is one of my favorites because it is not about just one person but about their precinct as a whole showing them grow closer and closer everyday. My favorite part is their Halloween episodes because they have a tradition. Every year there is a heist between the main characters, Terry, Rosa, Holt/Raymond, Gina, Hitchcock, Scully, Boyle, Amy, and Jake/Peralta. Holt is the captain and he pulls something from his office and everyone tries to steal it by midnight, whoever successfully has it wins and gets a crown and king cape, and everyone has to call them an amazing detective/genius. This is the one day throughout the year that they get no work done and let to be free. My personal favorite character is Captain Holt. He is compared to a robot with the way he talks and the fact that he never says anything that sound remotely human and that he doesn’t ever smile. He is the funniest character, and an openly gay captain and my favorite line is “He’s my fluffy boy!” Because it sounds like something he would never say in a million years.

My favorite one is from the Heroes of Olympus series, it is called Mark of Athena. This one mainly focuses on Annabeth Chase, daughter of Athena. Her and a band of demigods went on a quest to save the world from the Greek eaRuth goddess, Gaea. The prophecy speaks of Annabeth, seeking out her doom and telling her if she doesn’t retrieve webs of a spider, camp half blood and the world will end. The only problem, she is DEATHLY afraid of sliders. She is an amazing swordswoman and great in battle, but if she sees a spider, she will pass out and faint, the only curse that Athena kids were given. At the end her and Percy Jackson fall together into Tartarus, the lowest of the low

He’s getting really old, turning 12 this year, right around the age he should be passing so I take as many photos of him as I can and spend as much time with him as I can so I can have more memories of him because the last time my dog passed, I was left with three photos of him and I don’t want a repeat of that.

I never thought that it would happen, that I would not get to experience my last year on juniors with my littles cheering us on from the sidelines. I thought that I could spend time with everyone and move to seniors but I was never able to. I had to leave and while changes were happening when I moved, everything changed back in Jersey. The two rival teams merged together with over 50 cheerleaders and ended up losing Globals for the first time in eight years. My friends got to live their lives and finish out their last year on the team and ended up winning Globals in the 2024 season. They get to experience going to high school together and rounding out their seasons. Though I would never change where I am right now because I have an amazing education and supporting friends, if I could go back to my old life with my Grandpa and my dogs and my friend, I would, even if it was for 10 minutes. I miss everyone there, my friend, my dogs, my grandpa, I even miss my cousins. I grew with my cousins who were girls and now all I have are my brother and my cousin, but I’m used to sisters not brothers.

I left my old house and all my memories. I used to live with my grandpa and 2 dogs. I lived near a beautiful park that I used to hang out at with my friends ALL the time. Some of my best memories are in New Jersey and are burned in my brain. I was looking through the photos of my old house and kept getting flashbacks of moments that happened. Mostly with my brother because I spent most of my time with him. I never realized how much I took everything for granted until I never had it again. I remember when me and my brother shoveled the cul-de-sac and there were mountains of snow and we sled down them and jumped in them and made little huts until we basically froze and then we went inside and watched Christmas movies. I remember when my dogs ran away and we were driving to find them and they were just walking across the street with no absolute care in the world with mud all over them. I remember the time Booker ran under the deck trying to find a treat or ball of some kind and he came out brown (he is a SNOW WHITE dog).
