         <description><![CDATA[<div><br>                Summary<br>Group rubrics offer a glimpse into how teams functioned. It allows for there to be light shed and credit given where earned. Students are able to teach the members in their group as well as the students they are presenting to.  Groups can be graded on teamwork, contributions, subject knowledge, and supportive materials.  <br><br>            Connections<br>In our field experience, during group projects it is beneficial for each student to have an individual job. Each group member brings a different aspect to the project. <br>From personal experience, group projects can be frustrating when you have a member that doesn't help.<br>               Question<br>What is the best way to resolve conflicts that arise in group work? Is there a way to confidentially tell a group member they need to improve without causing tension? <br><br></div>]]></description>
