P1: Preview to arguments

P2: Teamwork-Taught me how to collaborate with my colleagues under a stressful work environment. I am able to gauge people's personality and find the best way to work with them. This makes it easy for me to assigned tasks to my teammates based on their behavior and also allows me to forge positive relationships with them without causing any conflicts.

P3: Arriving early-After 3 years of going to secondary school, I got used to arriving early at my school. Arriving early is something that some adults struggles with and getting used to it makes me feel proud of myself. Because of this, you will get rare scolding from your boss, thus your boss will favor you and even increase your pay. It also trains me to sleep earlier so that I have sufficient sleep, which can increase my productivity at work.

P4: Resilient-Many ups and downs throughout my secondary life, for example failing my school subjects or losing friends. These failures and heartbreak mould me to become a stronger individual who is able to overcome my future challenges ahead.

It can mean contentment to some or youth to others. However to me, happiness is that youthful feeling you get from having fun with friends, the sastisfaction from interacting with others , the feeling after the sorrowful moments u go through in life. In summary my perception of happiness is like how a rainbow forms after a thunderstorm, making others feel happier when they are sad and having fun with them to cheer them up. Happiness is kindness.

When i was 15, i was a shy, timid and inteligent little girl with little but close friends. That year was very stressful for everyone. It was the year that we had to take our O levels. I could recall spending my recess in a deserted canteen as everyone stayed in class preparing for their impending doom. My friends were constantly in a rush trying to get their homework and revision done. I always wondered why they were like that, perhaps it is to catch up on what they lacked on, or perhaps it is i who is the odd one out. I slowly grew lonely my friends grew busier. It was unfortunate to see their stoned faces when working on a question i could easily solve, yet i said nothing for i knew they were stress and adding more oil to the fire is a bad idea. However that changed when i saw my best friend, Harold, with red swollen eyes coming out from the toilet. I was distraught. It had never occurred to me how stress they were from the lack of nutrition to both the body and the soul. Seeing my friend in that state made me furious for i was his best friend and yet i just stood there until he broke. With this rage it motivated me to seek revenge for him. And so the next morning i went to his seat and sat there waiting for him to come. It was horrifying watching him fumble around pieces of paper as he bumped into every table in his way to get to his seat. I took in a breath of air and said 'Harold, i think theres and elephant in the room.... Whats going on?' He muttered a single word, nothing and proceeded to unload his books on the table. ' Harold please do tell me whats wrong, for i know you are stressed with the up coming o levels. You are literally losing your sanity because of a little test, so please do tell me whats wrong.' At that very moment tears ran down his cheeks as he poured out a mountain of worries from his mouth. I grabbed a near by chair and offered him a seat. I nod my head to affirm him. After his thunderous shower of words I smiled and said that if he ever needed me i was here to help. Seeing his relieved and sastified face made me feel happy and content as i know in my heart that because of my kind actions of reaching out, someone's day is going to be better.

I do not just think that kindness can be derived from a kind act to someone, it can also be a kind act to something else. When i was much younger i used to take walks with my helper at a nearby park. I really enjoyed the scent of the fir wood trees and the sounds of the local bird squaking to one another. The big tall trees seemed like friendles giants that housed birds and the pond looked like an ocean with many diverse creatures i had only seen in cartoon shows. On a fine saturday morning i was walking with my helper along the path to the pond. I ran around magically finding new things that i had apparently missed from my past visits. Whist adventuring i heard a sharp yelp coming from a bush near by. With much curiosity i creapt over to the bush. What i saw was truly horrendous. It was an injured rat. I was shocked as i did not know what to do. In a panic i picked it up to my helper and asked her what to do. However i was only met with a face of disgust as she told me to put it back where i found it. I was upset by the reply and begged her for help. Annoyed, she relectantly took a piece of tissue and wrapped it around the rat's leg. I was not sastified by that measly piece of tissue loosely wrapped around the rat's leg and so i ran home. I placed the rat onto my table and washed the wound with some tap water. afterwards i ripped off some tissues to tighty bandage the wound. Though my helper was furious with my behaviour she didnt interfere, i wondered why but it did not matter for this rat's life was more important than to sastify my curiosity. Day by day the rat slowly healed, I expounded countless hours on 'rehabilitating' my new found friend. But like all things it had to leave for it belonged in the wild and not at home my mother said. Though i was sad, i felt a deep sense of sastifaction and happiness helping a rat live through what may be its final moments.

In a nutshell happiness to me stems from kindness itself. Without my kind thoughts or feelings, i would have not have any happy memories at all.
