Our project we are creating features an interactive user interface, controlled by inputting different numbers/characters (So we will have a menu and our project will feature user input). Upon entering a specific value, a unique ASCII form of art will be displayed.

We want to have user participation via a working menu. This menu will act as a game where the audience will have to guess the person displayed via the ASCII art. There will be 4 options and each will be associated with a number. The user will input a number that associates with the correct answer.

The visuals of ASCII that we plan to use involve pictures of people. In the program, the user will be required to input the person's name in order to see the ASCII of them.

Wow Factor

0. That is the amount of code experience we have. The Wow factor we want is to awe people with what we make while just beginning in code. We hope to add tons of famous people within this data base of ASCII portfolios to create a menu where you can see any famous people.

Divide and Conquer Method

Initially, since we have 5 people in our scrum team, we plan to have our user interface include 5 famous people. Each person will be assigned to program 1 famous person with ASCII. At the end, we will all come together and input all of our arts into the main python file.

We can always improve this game by adding more questions. We can also create a score system where it shows the amount of questions answered correctly. We can implement a hint system where the user only has a certain amount of hints.

We completed making a user interface menu featuring user input which displayed a variety of ASCII arts upon command. Additionally, we started a very basic model of a scoring system idea and we added user input questions (like name and preference) to better fit the user.

We completed a more sophisticated scoring system to incorporate a more gaming aspect to the ASCII data base. Moreover, we were able to apply animations utilizing functions. We also were able to clean up our python files utilizing folders to make the code more concise and easy to look at. We added submenus to our main menu as well.

We added color to our quiz game. Every time a question is answered correctly, the program will out "correct" in green and "wrong" in red when answered incorrectly. We mostly worked on animation this week. We made a fish animation, cat animation, ball animation and a loading screen animation with a progress bar. We implemented lists and dictionaries in our code
