At school I like sharing my experiences using a group in Edmodo: almost all language teachers of the school are "connected" and discuss about the state of the art of the digital didactic, analysing pros and cons of new applications. In our schools, there is almost no proper network to train and disseminate experiences with each other. I've created a network with my pupils and parents. Teachers are less interested in developing communication among contributing factors. After all, i follows with interest online courses. Among the schools we have professional networks especially in the eTwinning network.
Paddlet is ok for me and my pupils.!

Who would be part of my PLN depends of the purposes. I might use researchgate.net, ebscohost.com, linkedin.com and similar for research reasons (in the more theoretical /scientific field of psychology) and Facebook, eTwinning, other professional social media for chatting and exchanging good practices (in the school counseling field). For on-line counselling, platforms such as Paxonline.ro works better.

I like the benefits that networking provides, but I am not very happy with the security of the on-line platforms, especially in terms of confidentiality. It is like in that joke: “…to psychologist: ‘There is a client here who thinks he’s invisible.’/ The psychologist: ‘Tell him I can’t see him right now’…

As well, sharing is good… if the ethics and the copyright rules work.

could consider to be part of my PLN all my colleagues (tools: google drive, dropbox, google module, multiple email, google groups, phone call, lists, post it). I'm a part of PLN also with friends (tools:whatsapp groups, fb, instagram, medium, messenger)
I could develop a more effective/regular exchange with my network improving my presence, the interest in their posts/arguments and the number of interaction
The type of expertise is missing from my network: tecnological competences and curiosity to learn a new tool. I think this luck of expertise is not seen as a digital divide because peopla (especially at work) could cover the gap with other strategies: post it, to do lists, phone call) The expertisecould be improved by contuinign doing PLN

My personal learning network includes my friends who are teachers or in some way involved in education, other friends who are parents, my family (some teachers in the family), musicians in my local community as I am a music teacher, social media groups such as Facebook, Instagram, and many other schools I have previously worked with and keeping in touch with those colleagues as well as current work colleagues.
Developing a better exchange i think would be more face to face contact as a lot is done over emails, social media etc.

My PNL is constantly growing thanks to different opportunities of professional development, like MOOCs, seminars, webinars, online platforms, and face-to-face courses I usually take part into. To me it is very useful to exploit social media in order to get connections with professionals who have the same interests as I have, even though the huge number of people participating in some online communities can sometimes be disorienting - I happen to find it difficult to select who to chat with. I'd say I benefit more from face-to-face exchanges with colleagues and friends, rather than from online connections only.

As a teacher, I could consider my colleagues, teacher trainers,educators to be part of my PLN. In this sense Linked in is very useful though I am not very active. Instant flow of information through Facebook or twitter is also helpful to widen our knowledge as long as one gets the accurate data.

we use EDMODO as a school ... but with the variety of online offers, I think it is important to choose only one and use it to share activities and share these with their own variations; I find it very labyrinthine instead an improper use of the medium .. to use it well, I think that all the participants choose to use it often, otherwise it is not very useful (in my opinion)

I find, that while I am linked to a vast amount of people via the outlets mentioned, that I prefer old fashioned face-to-face communication. Perhaps, my limited interaction is a sign of my age? I am not exactly new to the online world, nor to taking online courses. I have, however, taken non-massive online courses, if you don't count Udemy online courses. They are different in the sense that they are less collaborative, compared to a mooc.
Answering the questions:
My PNL at this point are my non-virtual co-workers and students; as well as the virtual communities and social media groups and personalities I follow.
To develop a more effective/regular exchange with my network I should plan, curate, edit and focus the PNL. I should be more consequent as to the time I devote to the groups, sites and networks that would be more relevant to my current goals. I should also engage more - produce more content and not just read, save and think about it. I should probably use my Twitter more!
I suppose experts on online teaching and new language teaching methods are missing from my network. Or rather, actual exchange between us is missing. I have used LinkedIn and Google+ in the past for network building... but I haven't added much to relevant topics. I think I already know how to add that expertise, via social media, bookmarking and educator communities. But I need to use my time and curation better. And possibly provide some input if I deem it valuable.

Etwinning…. etwinning projects were one of the best experiences as a science teacher. it has provided great projects, built together with different partners from different countries, we carried out collaboration, based on great team work. Creativity and communication are always presented. Students always remember their participation on etwinning projects!
Etwinning plataforms also offer other opportunities, events,webinars, with very interesting themes and topics.

I would like to use OneNote as my PLN. Recently I started to learn it's possibilities and I think it offers a plenty opportunities for teachers to exchange work, and also the same for teachers and students. It is the best for smaller groups of people. For bigger one, teaching sites and platforms are very well organised. Since I'm still a prentice I'm not using anything but personal social accounts, but when I start to teach my own class, OneNote will be my first choice.

My PLN is formed by my colleagues who teach English and do research on Education and Teaching. The best way to keep connected is by using Internet resources such a Tic Platforms, teaching forums, Facebook and Twitter. Also the conferences and seminars, either contact or online that may be of interest.

I think that the best way to keep an effective and regular network is by discussing and sharing ideas about everyday problems and difficulties in the classroom and by sharing news and resources on teaching.

Beyond contact and information sharing, the final goal should be the development of projects and the creation of resources and activities that would provide the network with a more important dimension.

The Online learning is not easy, as stated in a previous video. In order to get the maximum of benefit, we should rely on experts who should contribute to build a common and shared "new knowledge". Again, it is really important to establish correct and suitable cooperative-working opportunities

My current PLN includes CCVL team, teacher colleagues from several schools I teached, former students, colleagues I meet in several nacional and international Courses and worshops; and of course, family and friends.

I think I could improve regular exchange with my network with better time manegement, for example, setting a daily time just for networking, say, 20 minutes first thing in the morning or just after lunch.

I feel not fluent in some social networks, so this 4th Strategy "Build a personal learning network" is being very usefull and i intend to apply the orientations on "How to create your PLN"

Now that PLN is about what you want to learn first, I can say that my PLN group is eTwinning community. Of course eTwinning has a huge diversity in it. So there are some sub-groups that I join according to my interests, like: coding at schools, integrating migrants students at school, areas rurales and so on. In these groups there are some padlets that we can indicate our ideas and read from other's. There are forum parts and coffe corners in them. So if you have any questions and need for help you can connect with any member in the group quickly. In addition to these, sometimes online webinars are held to share the information. They are like learning events thanks to all these we can develop effective exchange with my network. I also follow eTwinning accounts on twitter and facebook. Actually I get all the expertise I need. I may prefer to join learning events more. I could add this expertise by being more qualified member. Being more qualified member runs through the professional development and the time you allocate for learning.

Beeing part of PLN is beeing the teacher of the teachers with the teachers.
In my experience, I prefer that everything new discovering in my profession, I share with collegues online and on-site.
My PLN includes my collegues at school, my contacts at eTwinning, my groups in Facebook and Linkedin, my collegues in webinnars and on School Education Gateway.
Beeing a couch trainning for teachers is the most eficient way to contact teachers and kow that a teacher is always in need to learn.

Having the support of people sharing the same interests as you is a great help when learning. I find support firstly from my colleagues at school as we have common teaching experiences and knowledge to share. Meetings for discussions are mostly set up on Microsoft Teams and occasionally on Zoom.

To develop a more effective exchange, we need time to meet, think and work together. Unfortunately, the demands that we are subjected to in our profession do not always allow us to do this, unless we give up our family time, which we often have to do.

My own learning journey by attending various courses. By sharing what I learned there with my students and parents, I organize activities to enable learning to take place in the classroom and at different times. My PLN includes the teachers from the educators communities, my students, my partner and colleagues within etwinning projects, my schools leaders and also the commnunity of Teacher Academy, inspite of I am inrolled in this kind of courses, now, for the first time. Actullay I am part of the PLN to some extent.I follow facebook teacher groups,I join webinars or MOOCS.They are really motivating and inspiring.However, I need to set specific time to be able to follow them regularly.Colleagues coming together is really geat if they are lifelong learners and project keepers.I would like extent my PNL.
