If I remember correctly, ISIS took over a specific village and held innocent people as captives. Iraq eventually won back the territory. However, the point is, this is a global issue because, what if this was us? I don't want anyone in USA fighting over territory. We've had people fight and die for the right to have your own property, freedom and more. It's just sad when you are fighting  over something you don't have to fight over. I also don't want anyone from the USA and anyone from anywhere held as a captive. Another reason for why I consider this a global issue because, we have to be prepared for what may happen next. We don't want problems spreading over here. We need to make sure this problem is settled where it started at. Innocent people were already hurt or frightened by the Iraq and ISIS actions. We don't want the citizens of the USA of North Carolina to suffer from that as well. Haven't we all been through enough?  (I sound stupid..
