Firstly, the lower income level in some developed countries is much more than the highest level of some countries, and people can meet their basic needs completely. I could not imagine how I would survive with less than two dollars per day. When I live in Boston in the past several years, I would spend 15 dollars minimum and I still think it is the lowest I could spend to feed myself. Therefore, I think the minimum line for poverty is pointless, achieving this goal means nothing and people will still be hungry.

I don’t think the definition is true. Take my brother for example, he earns an average of 150 thousand yuan a year in the countryside, far exceeding the China’s National Poverty Line. But he didn’t own his car and houses. Compared with others, he is not a rich man.So i didn’t think the definition is suitable for the relative poverty.

Because, first of all, the definition of crime is the specification and standard for determining whether a certain behavior is a crime. With the standard, there is a legal basis. Secondly, we can confirm whether a person's behavior is illegal and criminal according to the standard, and judge the degree of punishment. The third and most important point. Defining crime is the most basic and core content of a country's legal system, which is conducive to improving the legal system. For me, how to define crime has a direct impact on my psychology and a clear understanding of the law. I can make clear all things prohibited by the law, improve my own quality, and strictly require myself to be a good citizen.

It tends to greatly reduce the crime rate when people realize that if they violet the bottom line，they will be punished by the law.
