Principal and County leadership provide a wide variety of PL opportunities. If there’s currently not something offered covering what we need, someone will find that opportunity for us. Funds are consistently put aside to provide PL opportunities free of charge, which makes things much more accessible for those desiring the PL.

Professional development is ongoing and purposeful doing what's best for students.

Everything we do as a school and county is centered around our District and School Improvement Plans. We have frequent professional development, training, meetings, and discussions centered around how we can support all of our staff and students.

I have also been given more opportunities to be a leader within my school.

There are many systems and opportunities in place to support the growth and development of teachers that directly impact student learning.. some are content professional development, GA BEST Program, a supported MTSS system, autonomy with professional development and needs that are based on individual school needs.
