From the volcano of Mauna Lao in Hawaii, out spews tons and tons of lava. As lava the cools, it forms into Rock Man. One may underestimate him, as he is only a small, extrusive, igneous rock. Rock man could have been part of the infamous, evil intrusive rock clan if he was born through the cooling of magma, but luckily, he was born part of the high royalty family of obsidian.

Rock Man refuses to give up and convinces other sediments and clay to compact with Rock Man. He has turned into sandstone, which is a form of a clastic rock, where sedimentary rocks are formed from the compaction or cementation of existing minerals and sediment. Some are organic rocks, sedimentary rocks that are rocks from previously living matter, such as dead plants and animals. Some are chemical rocks, which form from precipitation of minerals from water. He has gained an army of shale and limestone. They are ready to train.

Rock Man and his fellow sedimentary rocks go deep underground to train. Under the heat and pressure, they turn into foliated metamorphic rocks, where they turn into metamorphic rocks under high pressure. Some of his fellow sedimentary rocks choose to be non-foliated, low pressure but high temperatures. Rock Man has turned into Gneiss, and his fellow sedimentary rocks have turned into schist, phylitte, and marble. They are ready to take down the intrusive igneous rocks.
