Inclusivity means encompassing all; taking every individual’s experience and identity into account and creating conditions in which all feel accepted, safe, empowered, supported and affirmed. An inclusive school cultivates belonging and empowers all community members to contribute their voices, perspectives and ideas. Inclusion means striving to make sure everyone’s contributions will be heard, taken seriously and used to inform our collective work.
