今天committee希望我在朋友圈分享一下关于gender的故事。我开始反思，因为工种，工程人员大部分是男性，前台行政人员大部分是女性，这五十五十的百分比来的轻易啊!
我真心希望能看到更多的女工程师技术员，男前台行政服务员出现在我们的行业里。如果有一天你的项目出现了一位女技术员，或者男前台，请以平常的心对待这位同事，共勉之!

在宇航员、野外考察人员等一些工种比较单一的男性职业中，时间久了，从业人员会患上一种“怪病”——“航天综合症”，出现头痛、眩晕、失眠、烦躁等症状，服用任何药物都无济于事;很多前往南极考察的澳大利亚科研人员也出现了同样的病症:晚上失眠多梦，白天昏昏沉沉，试用了多种治疗方案都丝毫不见起色。后来，经过调查研究表明，这是由于“性别比例失调严重，导致异性气味匮乏的结果”。于是，美国医学博士建议，在每次宇航飞行中，挑选一位健康貌美的女性参加，一些国家也有意安排一两名女性参加南极的考察队。于是，航天员和考察员们所患的“怪病”便不治而愈了。
