5th Grade School Field trip to The Outdoor Learning Center by Maddie Migl

The first step is to get the release form signed by your parents. This form is the only way you can attend the field trip to The Outdoor Learning Center in Plano Texas. We will be riding a Plano ISD Bus to and from the Outdoor Learning Center.

We will get on a bus at 9 AM and it will take 20 minutes to get to the Outdoor Learning Center. We will then go outside as a group and travel their wooded paths and learn about the nature outside. At 12 PM we will come inside and eat Lunch. Then at 1PM we will look at all the animals and inside Learning. At 2 PM we will leave and take the Bus back to school for regular dismissal time at 3 PM.

We will be taking our School district Bus which will be driven by our hired school bus driver. We will have 10 Chaperons which are students volunteered parents and we will have 10 teachers going alone with the students. The students will be watched the whole field trip, and the Outdoor Learning Center has their safety set in place as well.
