Do not work overtime spend more time with your family and friends, and never forget about yourself.4. Do not drink too much coffee and alcohol.5. Turn oof your phone at least a half hour before to go to the bed.6. Control yourself using your phone, sometimes we do not notice now many time, we spend in our phones, keeping us away from own real life.                           7Sleep enough to recovery your mind and your body.8. And if you need to take medicine, be responsable about that.</title>
