attractions to visit:
Poiana Brasov- the best ski place;
Cascada Cailor- the highest waterfall in Romania;
Transalpina- the highest road in Romania. Being a mountain road it is closed during the winter;
Delta Dunarii- it is the second largest delta in Europe.
There we can find over 327 species of birds and a lot of fish;

The convent of Christ is a castle from the medieval period, very beautiful and with a charming history.

The origin of the castle of Tomar is closely linked to the beginnings of the kingdom of Portugal and to the presence of the Templars in the Iberian peninsula, then occupied in most of its territory, by the Islamic kingdoms.

The area nearby Częstochowa, is named The Kraków-Częstochowa Upland, also known as the Polish Jurassic Highland or Polish Jura is part of the Jurassic System of south–central Poland, stretching between the cities of Cracow, Częstochowa and Wieluń. The Polish Jura consists of a hilly landscape with jurassic limestone rocks, cliffs, valleys and vast limestone formations, featuring some 220 caves.
From the historical point of view it is called he Trail of the Eagle's Nests (164km), there are main 12 castles on the trail, which are either the ruins or renovated buildings.

The Dragon Garden has a natural area, which includes an irregular set of rocks (Cat's Girl, the Dragon and the Kite, Santa, Monks, Captain, Cleopatra's Needle, Soldiers, Eve, Dorobant, Finger, Sphinx), with bizarre shapes (towers, needles, rocky cliffs), arranged at the base of Dumbrava hill.
This is one of the best places to go on a short trip with friends.

Bochnia is a small town situated near Cracow.You can visit there a beautiful Salt Mine which was inscibed on yhe UNESCO's World Heritage List.it happend on the 23rd of July 2013.
The whole trip in this mine lasts about 3 hours. If you want you can even buy a ticket for a trip by boat under the ground.It is amazing.But in my opinion the best atrraction is an opportunity of sleeping in this place. They have got beds, bathrooms. Taking photos is also not forbidden and you can use WiFi connection too.
It is worth seeing.

The water gathers in something similar to a pool on top of the mountain and from there it falls on the limestone mountain side, making it the biggest waterfall in Romania.

Located in the heart of Maramures county, a distance of 30 km from Baia Mare, situated in a narrow valley at the foot of Gutai Mountains (1445m) and Mogosa (1249), Cavnic stretches approximately 10km in length and 500 m altitude difference (550m to 1050m flotation Quarter-Wheel) crossed the valley from east to west, representing the last branch of the emptiness of the Baia Mare depression.

Cavnic is one of 13 cities in the county of Maramures, which in its early days until today was an important center for mining and nonferrous precious metals (gold, silver, copper, lead, zinc).

The most unusual place in my city is Stribor’s forest (in Croatian: ‘Šuma Striborova’). There you can go play in the playground, go biking or have a picnic with your family and friends. The star of the museum is "Princess Franziska", a Gepid aristocrat, whose tomb was discovered in the thermal baths of the Potaissa camp. Its name was jokingly added by the Cluj archaeologist Mihai Bărbulescu, who discovered it in 1996, as an allusion to its Germanic origin.
The princess was the one I liked the most at this museum.
