Method: Cut 4 small holes into the bottle, 2 on each side. stick a milk top to the end of each tooth pick. cut 3 sides of a square shape into the front of the bottle fold up and place a cardboard seat inside. secure the fan on the back of the bottle and stick the battery connected onto the top of the bottle.
